Sally is very good at her craft, she adjusts to each customer as their body build and type of massage. Sally also makes sure each customer is greeted in a timely manner. She goes out of her way to try to accommodate all customers wishes as requested. In fact all the massage techs are exceptional act their craft, and are very good at making a sore body feel great. Yes I believe Sally is the very best masseuse, she adds parts to her technique to help the aching muscles of each individual and is continually evolving to help me through my back problems. So I'm giving 1 star because the horrible customer service. I will say the massage itself was ok. I went here around the time a lot of businesses were not accepting card due to covid. I called and confirmed if it was ok to use my card because I didn't have cash. I was told card would be fine. I get there and I'm taken to the room, I am basically laying there ready to relax, and a different woman comes storming in and literally starts yelling at me about their mistake. Apparently card wasn't ok? and she asked if I had cash...but I literally called ahead of time to make sure card would be ok. She leaves and when she comes back she is acting nice. She ended up being the one who was going to give me my massage. If I wasn't already laying there nekked I would have left but I was honestly too lazy. First off, if you're sensitive to smells, do not go to this place. Entire place smells like stale urine. I've never been charged before a service, but was, which was fine. My problem was that there was $2 credit card fee, which was also fine, except at the end they asked me if I wanted to charge my tip on my card, which would have been another $2. Which pissed me off because she asked for her tip. I'm always one to leave a tip regardless of the service, but I think it's tacky and unprofessional to even ask for a tip. Let's get to the actual massage. It was ok. Wouldn't say it was great. I don't think they had any true formal training in massage therapy. My massesuse stopped my massage twice. Once to answer the door and another time to answer her cell phone, which wasn't on vibrate and it rang multiple times. I'm sorry, but a massage is suppose to be my one hour of relaxing that I'm paying for. Not for someone else to do other tasks. I will not be coming back. read more

Worst experience of my life. After asking her to rub my neck & shoulders, and for a Swedish massage she said I had too many demands. I politely responded - I'm sorry I've said this to many places in the past - I've been told it's helpful to point out focus areas. She said, she doesn't need to be told and she already knows what she's doing. I asked her to leave the room so I could get dressed. (Since we were having this conversation with me in a towel) She told me to find someone else who fits my style. I have had at least 100 massages in my life from so many different places - definitely wasn't professional!!! Then, to my SURPRISE she started lecturing me and I was like okay lady, I'm gonna leave. I started running towards the door. So so so creepy and weird! She also told me I should give her at least $5 for her time? Standard rule in the massage world - If I don't like the first 15 minutes I can leave without payment. read more

Called during the week for a first time appointment for the up coming Saturday morning she picked 10am. I arrived at 9:55 am parked at the gym parking lot. She calls me tells me she's going to be late that she lost her phone. I asked how late she said 15-20 min. I said ok I will go get gas she said a lady will be there to let me in. I came back and the lady was just getting in she finally let me in and told me to pay her cash up front, I had. 100 dollar bill she gave me $40 . I mentioned I needed change for the tip which I read on line it's 20% of $60. She said pay after. I got ready on the table and the lady came in apologizing. The massage was not relaxing, she kept getting phone calls would leave me each time. I believe she did an adequate job, and I was uncomfortable the whole time for I kept moaning in pain, she kept saying things to me that made me feel like she didn't want me to come back. After it was over and I handed her the $20 I said I want $10 back, she said, "You can't do $20"? I said No, You we're late and too many interruptions I feel like I didn't get my hour! She got angry, and put her hands on me and practically pushed me out her door while telling me she never cheat her customers! WOW! So much for my honesty! Very unprofessional! I just got back from the gym and 15 miles on the spin bike! My back and calves were screaming for a massage! I've been here once before after a work out and had a great massage. I asked for more work on my calves so she put heat on them while she worked on my shoulders and back. Then she used hot stones and worked out all the knots in the muscle fiber. Today I had a wonderful massage from my masseuse Sally. This business is located in a house. The house was clean and made me feel like I was in my own home. My masseuse lead me to my room to disrobe and lay face down on the table and cover myself with the towel that was provided. Sally knocked on the door and asked if I was ready and I said yes. Sally asked me what type of massage did I want I said medium pressure and I also mentioned that I had a few places that were sore and she took a few extra minutes on these places. She started with my shoulders and neck then working her way down my back. She spent a few extra minutes working on my lower back, it felt wonderful. Then she finished with my legs, she excused herself to get some hot towels. She returned and placed the hot towels on my shoulders and cleaned off the massage lotion and oil off my body. She then placed the towel that had covered my body on me and then she dried my backside. Then she asked me to turn over. She held the towel up as I turned over and she placed it on my body. Sally then started to massage my shoulders and upper chest. Then she started massaging my legs. After finishing she once again cleaned the massage lotion and oil off my body. Sally then said that she was done and left the room to allow me to get dressed. I met Sally in the main room, she offered me water. After drinking the water I handed Sally her tip. She said thank you and also said see you next time. Sally was a professional during the entire massage, she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I will be returning sometime soon. read more

Wow haven't had this experience at a massage place before and I've been to more then a few! The booming process over the phone was easy enough but once we got there we are told that someone just walked in before us and took our time...appointment what? They asked us to wait 20 mins. Fair enough we got on our phones and checked our social media. They took us into the couples room. We got started about 20 mins in an iPhone when off....receiving texts. I thought it was my bf. He thought it was me. Next thing I know my massage therapist was on her phone texting!!! The worst of it was her volume was on and I heard all the noises that come along with typing and responding to a text. Okay that's done. A few mins later the phone RINGS! On the highest volume. She grabs the phone says hello and walks out of the room. She's gone for five mins. She comes back says sorry and begins my massage again. But I'm so tense from the startling ring tone it's hard to enjoy. Okay I'm getting back into the massage but then the phone rings again and of course she answers. She's gone for another 5 mins. When she comes back she explains that their air conditioning is out and she's in charge of bringing someone in to fix it. I can sympathize but don't take a client if you have to take calls. They didn't give me any extra time. At checkout we explained we weren't that happy about all the phone noises and she replied with well I had to take care of the ac. So we explained we would still pay full price but only tip 5 each bc the massages on their own lacked and the phone issues. She wasn't happy and said there's a $4 cc charge that is "everywhere" hmmm so we asked her to just deduct it from the tip since there was no signage as businesses generally put up. She got super hostile and slammed the door behind us after we payed in full plus tip. Not coming back! read more
