I was not quite sure what was going on, in the middle of the massage, the massage therapist stops to answer the phone twice and booked appointments in the middle of giving me a massage smh she barely touched my legs and feet. After wards she asked me to tip her and had her hand out, I was being bullied into tipping someone who didn't deserve a tip however I just gave her the tip and promised myself to never step foot back into that place again. The customer service is terrible. I honestly just wasted my money in that place. read more

Great no frills neighborhood massage place. Had the 90min session and i was happy with the service. Parking lot is a little shady but they have a lot of parking slots in front of the door so no issues. Massage ends with hot stones and a hot towel rub down so its perfect. Hot stones bring the experience to the next level and the towel wipes off the oil. Great if you have places to go to post massage. A few notes: - You can ask that the pressure be adjusted. I like it harder, some like it softer. They can adjust to your liking. - Shoulder and neck massage uses some sort of liniment, similar to bengay. Great that it has that warm effect but it smells a little. Something to note if you have plans after. - They give water and treats at the end of each massage. I was given candies and a cupcake. I have been getting massages for almost 9yrs avidly, gentle massage was by far one of the worst massages I've ever had!! the massage tech stopped to go do a #2 and became hasty with me when I asked her to wash her hands (she returned with no moisture on her hands whatsoever) after her "break" she became rushed and disinterested in completing the massage needless to say I was disappointed and thought a written tip was more valuable than a monetary tip. the written tip was simple "do better and poop before you work " the massage tech then took it upon herself to charge my card an additional $15! highway robbery at its finest! never again!! save your money and let your grandchildren do your massage! one last point, I usually can doze off into a relaxed slumber! I received a GREAT massage. She had excellent hands, elbows and forearms. She worked my muscle loose. The parking lot was a little sketchy but, I parked right outside the door. They offer treats and water at the door when you are leaving its very cute. I did have to wait at the counter too long for service even after I rang the desk bell. Someone had to come out of the rooms and go get the counter lady. She charged me $96 but, the price menu showed it should have cost $91. Not sure why. $85 + $6 = $91 not $96. Received a $5.00 discount and got my five dollars back. This is a good place for a great massage. read more

I've come here off and on for the last few years and overall this place is just ok. Be prepared to pay upfront and tip afterwards. The prices pictured here are not accurate everything is about $15-20 more than what is shown, which makes them $15-20 more expensive than other Asian run places. It's really not worth the extra expense. Crystal and April are both good, not great. My biggest gripe with the place is always feel like I get shorted with time on the table. If I pay for a 60 min massage I probably get 50 min of actual massage not 60. I find that annoying. read more

I'm not from here but I'm pretty familiar getting a body massage since I get it often. The massage was excellent and I will definitely go back. The only downside was the lady wanted me to pay cash and she said the machine was broken. I had to take money out from the ATM next door but then when my massage was done, another client came out and paid through credit card which is pretty annoying. They were able to fit us in on short notice. I haven't had many massages and fidget to get comfortable on the table, and Crystal offered me a couple of items (pillow, towel, etc) that helped. I like softer (like Swedish) massages, and she acquiesced. Nice, even, smooth strokes and right amount of pressure. My husband had a deep tissue massage by another staff member and enjoyed it. Yes, Crystal left the room a couple of times, once when someone entered and once for the phone, but apologized and wasn't gone long. The hot stones felt good, and the hot towels were, indeed, hot. They offered water and snacks afterward. You do pay up front. They leave the tip line open and you can fill that in afterward. read more

The massage was good, but then they tried to hustle me for a tip,which is ILLEGAL! I tried to give them a tip and they said they don't accept low tips, only $20 or more. I was extremely happy when I called and they were able to get me in right away on a Sunday evening. Walking in I could visibly see the entrance area was clean and smelled sanitized. I recently had a horseback riding accident and have a lot of knots and sore muscles. My massage was amazing! My masseuse had strong hands and it was as if she knew exactly right where it was hurting! Ms Kitty has the best hands. She is very knowledgeable, has a great sense of humor, cares about all of her clients/patients. Prices are very very reasonable. She is the best masseuse I have ever gone to in my life. I have severe scoliosis and she helps relieve the pressure and helps me work on my muscles that need to be tightened. I have had many massages over the years but gentle massage is by far the best! I think I have had tried all the masseuses there and they are all really good. I have never received a bad massage from them. The absolute perfect massage is from "Yoyo". She always gives me what I ask for be it gentle medium or hard. Her back walking is absolutely amazing!! I live across the street and I've been meaning to come here for nearly a year. I've been having shoulder pain that led to headaches and I tried to stretch it out myself but what I really needed was some manipulation work of those muscles. I called yesterday and made an appointment for this morning. I went in and met Cici. I asked for the 90-minute massage at $65 dollars it's an amazing deal. She worked on all of my sore spots and a few I didn't realize were sore. The place is really clean and relaxing. The low lights lend to the soothing atmosphere. There is soft music playing. The lotion and even the hot towels smell nice. Cici is adorable, she gave me the Sailor Moon salute when I told her how good I felt. Great experience, the lady's hands were so soft and the strokes are gentle. Ask for YOYO she's really good. I walked in their with soreness in my neck, knees and back and I came out not feeling that soreness anymore. You feel comfortable while getting every part of you rubbed, and relaxed when it's all set and done. I highly recommend this place. read more

This is a great place. The first time I went here was after I hurt my back exercising. The sign "Gentle" should have an asterisk that says "Available upon request." I went with a friend and we were able to share a room while getting simultaneous massages. I think I understand why customers need to pre-pay before the service. Overall, the experience is worth it. Also she kept going in and out of the room to get warm towels but the towels were not warm at all! The front desk lady was very rude and aggressive, my fiancé said we can stay or go it was up to me I decided to move forward That was a mistake I had to keep telling the lady she was hurting me it was a couples massage and the other woman in the room was speaking in another language and they began laughing my lady kept going in and out of the room to attend to the front desk while my time was still going I left with more aches than I came with. We were made to pay up front before the session when we were done my signed receipt was still on the counter and the woman said to fill in tip and I wrote zero and explained why then she stands up and says are you serious no tip with her mouth open and I said you kept leaving out while my time was going I kept telling you you were hurting me and you'd stop for a second then go right back to the same technique I told you hurt and the conversation and laughing made us uncomfortable and she still again asked so no tip?! As if I didn't just explain in detail why I wasn't...I will never return the customer service there was ridiculous. read more

The location is very clean. One women told me I need to put more lotion on my back because it is too dry, and it was winter time. I printed a $5 coupon and had an hour massage at Gentle Massage by pizza guys. The massage started out GREAT... @ least for the first 40 minutes. Then the lady insisted I take a shower on the shower table.Thats when it went all bad... First the "shower table" smelled bad and it also felt very uncomfortable sitting naked on the "shower table" while she "washed" my body...She did this for about 10 minutes and we were done after that ending it 10 minutes early( I always look @ the clock AND she must have left @ least 3 times during the massage). I still tipped her $7 (only because I rely on tips from both my jobs...) even though I felt cheated and not to mention my hair now all wet. This was the 5th place I tried in the area. By far the best. Clean and friendly. I had to go home after every other place to wash the oil off me but this place had something new to me, a shower table. Now I can pop in at lunch and go back to work feeling clean and refreshed. I have been here 4 times and only once did I have a communication problem with one of the women. Every time I left feeling better than ever.
