Tara made me feel so comfortable, like we had known each other for years. She is an independent business owner with a ton of experience. She kept me happily engaged while she waxed me, and it did not feel nearly as bad as I was expecting it to! Honestly, it only stung for a second or two, and less than an upper lip wax, but if you psych yourself out, your first wax can be almost pain free, and then it just gets easier from there!! The private room was very calming and relaxing while having my facial and I felt very relaxed when I left. Negatives: the facial itself didn't yield any results for me. I had a hydrafacial, with my main areas of concern being hydration and to help with the signs of aging. Unfortunately neither occurred. My face was smoother and brighter for maybe 2 days afterwards but it was also very tight and dry. The fine lines around my eyes and mouth were more pronounced and noticeable than they were before. I did see a temporary reduction in blackheads around my nose, but less than a week later, my skin was back to being dry, dull and flaky like it was before. UPDATE: Two weeks later and my skin is breaking out like crazy and peeling in some places. I have texture where I didn't have it before. It looks worse than before I went. I'm disappointed that I didn't see any positive results and angry because of the breakouts and other adverse side effects. I will NOT go back again.

She took me to the room and we talked about what areas I would like her to focus on and then she stepped out so I could get undressed. The next hour was completely wonderful and relaxing. Roseanne concentrated on my upper back and lightly touched upon other areas, just as I requested. After the hour was over, Roseanne left the room and I got dressed and met her back in the main waiting room where she gave me another cup of water. He was gentle yet thorough-- didn't scrub or exfoliate my life away but removed everything that needed to be removed.
