I used to go there regularly, but they have a problem with staffing. There is a very high turn over; every time I find a technician I like, they quickly leave. I have notice that the manager/owner can be rude and condescending, not only with the customers, but the staff as well. Absolutely disgusting service. My two friends and I came in asking for regular manicures, yet we were each charged $74. While I was checking out, a man who didn't even do my nails briefly looked at them and then rang me up for a no-chip (gel) service--which is NOT what I asked for. There was zero communication about pricing or upgrades during the appointment. I later called to question the charge and was transferred multiple times, only to be told that my simple French tip design was an extra $22--again, something that was never mentioned beforehand. To make things worse, I was told to come in person if I had an issue, and then the employee hung up on me mid-conversation. Being overcharged is one thing, but the complete lack of transparency and disrespectful customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

After a couple of days one entire nails' polish fell off. Two days later in the morning another polished nail fell off, that night another on the other hand. great customer service, but made hella mistakes with my nails, they're crooked and uneven. would only go to them to do my toes only. other than that they're okay. i would only recommend getting your feet done here and getting your nails done with a nail tech to prevent weird-looking nails. they'd also would whisper under their breath in a different language since i was correcting them about my service. read more

I've been a customer here for almost five years and have always scheduled appointments for eyebrow tinting--confirmed by years of text messages. Today I drove 30 minutes to my appointment only to be told they "don't schedule appointments for eyebrow tinting," which is completely inconsistent with my experience. I had a really disappointing experience at Happy Nail Bar. I came in for a lash service that I was not happy with and politely asked if it could be corrected. Instead of being met with understanding or professionalism, I was treated with rudeness and complete dismissal. The worst part of the experience was the staff member at the front desk. I waited about 20 minutes before being acknowledged, only to be told to "check back in," which meant waiting even longer. When I asked for an estimated wait time, he avoided answering and repeatedly told me to "just wait," offering no clarity or courtesy. His attitude quickly became disrespectful--rolling his eyes, acting irritated, and even telling me "you talk too much" when I calmly asked why he seemed upset. I remained polite the entire time and simply expected basic customer service and respect as an adult. I got a no chip pedi and I swear this pedi was probably top 3 of my life! lol I'm 35 weeks pregnant and my tech TiTi was AMAZING! noooo complaints. Horrible place cut up my sisters toes and mine. The tech was more interested in what was going on around him. And the lady cut the cuticle way to much on my sisters toes then rubbed it raw with the nail brush. Definitely not Happy nails. We got them done not even 24 hours ago we left there 8pm last night and these pictures are 5:30pm next day and Her toes have been bleeding because of them. Have to go to the doctor now. read more

I am a regular customer here. Sara usually does my brows and lashes. Friday sara wasn't feeling well, she was coughing really bad. I got medium cluster lash set. The moment I left my lash lifted, I immediately came back and Sara fixed it. I went home to get ready for my event a few hours later the lash came up again. I called they said come back and Sara would fix it. When I got there Sara was rude and didn't want to fix them. She told me to come back Saturday because she didn't feel well, and she would give me a new set. I have been wearing Lashes for 8 years never had this problem. I went back Saturday and Sara refused to fix my lashes and had Emma to re-glue them instead of a new set. That same lash came up again Saturday evening, and my eye is now really irritated and red. Poor customer service when there is error on their part. I checked my account I have spent hundreds of dollars at this place so the treatment I received was very disappointing. read more

I wish I could give this place no stars. I knew the quality of the experience wasn't going to be the best but I took a chance because I was on a time crunch. The gentleman did the pedicure and it wasn't the best but the whole point was I just needed a polish. He began to do a worse job polishing my toes as I had done the day before when I only had 10 minutes to spare. It was obvious he was new and not ready to take customers for polish. I don't understand why nail shops do this. He wasn't able to even hold the brush to the polish properly. If I could provide zero stars, I would. When I went to get a no-chip manicure, the technician used an electric nail filer but obviously did not know how to use it. He filed straight through 3 of my cuticles and almost filed entirely through my actual nail. I now have a giant pink colored groove in my nails that will need to grow completely out. I left the salon bleeding in multiple spots, my no-chip manicure was soft and peeling off, there was nail polish all over my fingers and to top it off, they refused to give me a refund. They offered a "free service next time" as if I will ever return. When I complained, the technician also touched my bleeding wound with his bare (unwashed) hands. read more

This nail salon is luxury. I was mesmerized with the beautiful decor inside this place. It was like walking into royalty. My only dislike was when I walked inside. One of the guy's was like a vulture. Running up to me telling me to follow him. He never asked me what type of services that I needed. I read some of the reviews after my visit. Wow it's unbelievable how they would treat the customers. So glad that I wasn't treated in that mannered. The nail tech that serviced me was super nice. I was relaxed and enjoyed my pedicure. First time trying out Happy Nails with my daughter and we were very happy with the outcome of my nails. I was a bit confused why they advertise at the mail desk 10% off for first time clients with a yelp or google review, then when I go to pay I'm told it's only Mon - Thur and it isn't advertised as such. That should be much more clear. Also, my massage chair didn't work the entire time which was a bit disappointing, however I appreciated the tech asking several times if I wanted to move. Every time I get a full set, I have to come back the very next day to fix something. My most recent visit. I wanted an ombré full set, simple right. The nail tech applied way too much product, and when she began filing it was like she was using the wrong nails drill bit B/c the drill was removing the acrylic to which she had to go back and add more. The finish product was lumpy and the three colors to create the ombré were not blended properly. Also once you start liking a nail tech and you call to schedule they no longer have that person. I recently had the opportunity to check out Happy Nails and it was truly an amazing experience. I visited this location even after reading the reviews. I went in for a pedicure with Tracey she was truly amazing. The staff greeted me and were super kind and hospitable. This salon is gorgeous, clean and has several stations. The pricing was upfront so I am not sure what the other clients are referencing. The pricing is competitive with other salons especially if your getting nail art and etc. I had a luxury pedicure spa with no chip color and parffin wax it was 70.00 which is pretty normal with other salons. The salon takes walk in and very efficient. I would recommend this salon. read more
