My daughter and I had a full set ($50)/French tip (additional $10). i had a no-chip pedicure as well. Total should have been $175. i was in a rush at the time, and after paying, the kind receptionist in spanish asked me if i spoke spanish and asked to see my receipt. I said why did she overcharge me?" and she said no its fine. i get a call the next day by either her or a manager that i had been overcharged and would discount me $10 at my next visit. I asked for the itemized receipt. Now i see that she basically charged me more to pay out for her tip. i had confirmed with the receptionist if they are charging gratuity, and she said no. PLEASE AVOID SEEING NINA WHO HELPED HERSELF TO OVERCHARGE ME! She also kept pushing for designs. not to mention today's visit, a different lady rushed my nails, so the clear polish looks tacky. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ASK FIRST WHAT THE CHARGE IS AND ASK FOR AN ITEMIZED RECEIPT!

I requested the Tropical Deluxe pedicure ($72) which I enjoyed. My issue came with my nails. The same guy that did my feet, was assigned to do my nails. I was like great. When discussing what I wanted done I requested powder dip and also coffin nails. I was told I couldn't receive the shape I wanted because I wanted them short (even through the pervious salon I went had no problem doing this). I them requested round shape and was talked into square. He then went to apply the no chip polish; I stopped him and reminded him that I wanted powder did like I stated. He told me that it was powder. I let him finish; know damn well the difference between powder and no chip I didn't want to make a scene and ruin my sister's day. I will give them another chance with a different tech.

I typically schedule an appointment, but I've noticed there are a number of walk ins too. In the last year, I moved to biobuilder and changed salons largely for this reason. The shape, level of care and relaxing environment are the cherries on top. Service is consistent and I'm always pleased with the end result and color options.
