Was seated at the pedicure chair right away as a walk in, immediately turned on the massage chair and they filled with hot/warm water to let the feet soak while a nail tech can free up. It's nice to have a couple of minutes of massage and soak. I love coming here! 30$ for a regular pedi, +15$ added no chip polish. they offered me a free kids size water which was refreshing. My toes were genuinely horrendous and my technician was super sweet, did not make me feel self conscious, and made sure they were done to my liking. I asked the lady giving me a pedicure to fix a mistake she had made. She got very upset, caught a attitude, and proceeded to just be very aggressive while fixing her mistake. I told her to stop if she was going to have a attitude and be rude about it. I was polite the entire time until that point. She made my big toenail noticeably shorter than the other one and tried go cover it up by painting on my skin. I really wish I took pictures of it but i removed the polish as soon as i got home. read more

I finally found a nail spa closer to my house. This is my second visit coming to Jade nail spa. Lisa did my pedicure and manicure on both visit. I recommend getting the deluxe pedicure for $38.00. My feet never felt so good. I was comfortable and very relaxed. Lisa makes sure you are pleased with her work. I read a few of the reviews with 1 star and some bad experiences. I've been there twice. The second Time was not such a nice experience. The workers there and also the owner of this nail place are ridiculous. They seem to think that because you don't speak their language, but they are not talking about people. We go there to pamper ourselves and it's not free. It's pretty expensive. This was among the worst manicures I've ever had, and definitely the worst gel manicure. They kept over-applying the polish, smudging it off and re-applying. Then doing all this weird scraping! It took forever and some of the nails still looked kind of lumpy but passable. 6 hours later one of the gel nails has come completely off and others look ready to. I'm so irritated I spent the time and money on this and will likely have to get the entire thing re-done (not here, that's for sure!) read more

This is my local nail joint. And while I don't suggest going here for much other than maybe a quick mani or polish change i will say there is one service they provide which I can't be with out. Eyebrow wax! This is the only place I will go to get my eyebrows done. Why? There are 2 ladies here who keep it real and who shape my brows like no other. I don't have bad brows. I actually have a very nice natural arch but for sone reason people always seem to goof them up. Not here. They do them just right every time and they only charge $10! Can't argue with that price. Other than that there's nothing else really I want done here. They overcharge for all there other services and if you want the latest colors you better be prepared to pay for the full bottle price plus $2 to get it. So not worth it. Since then she has been my go to mani tech. She is very helpful with color suggestions and careful to detail. My mani's last 3 weeks with minimal lifting. Tiffany is my go to pedi Tech. She is sure to ask your preferences and attentive to detail. Very gentle when attending to my piggies. I have a lot of dead skin due to working on my feet all the time so she makes sure to get it off every time! CoCo is also my eyebrow go to. You tell her what you want and she delivers! I informed the assistant that I would need a full set and pedicure no chip. I sat at the pedicure station with my feet in stone cold water for 25 minutes. Not one individual checked on myself, every individual (4 total) had full pedicures completed while I sat immersed feet in water. After 25 minutes of not even an acknowledgement, I got up, put on my shoes and began to walk out. Only then did someone approach me. I walked out. (Coming from a lady that spends hundreds a month in upkeep of nails and toenails, their loss.) I have most definitely reported this to all of my ladies. I went here for the first time. Wish I would've gotten the name of the nail technician but she didn't know what she was doing. For the pedi, she complained about taking off the polish from my previous pedi because it was glitter. She also polished before putting on my sandals...tried to tell her but she didn't understand. I wanted a design then she brings back over the colors for the design without asking me what colors I want. So I was like hold up you don't just choose the colors. She went back and got my requested colors and did the design. She figured it out that she forgot to put my sandals on when it was time for me to get up. She messed up the polish in the process and had to redo it. For the manicure she didn't know what an American manicure was so she told me to tell one of the other workers, I complied and they translated for her but I didn't work out. It looked like a big ass pink and white stripe. After she was done I told her it wasn't working out for me and to just put the same polish that was my feet on my nails. She didn't like that then I got talked about in the language but by that time I didn't care. Someone else polished my nails. Turns out the lady brought over the wrong polish she she painted one nail, figured out it was different and got the correct polish. I told the lady see!! It is NOT me!! She also refunded $3 and this is why they got 2 stars instead of 1 because they recognize it was a bad experience.
