I only come here for my nail and toe care. They are so very kind here. I love the quality of their work. They love their customers. I won't go anywhere else. My 2 daughters go here too and love them. Their kindness and quality of work has been consistent since I became a customer in 2023. Customers are always happy when I see them there. Not sure why people complain, I believe they would complain anyway. Some people would hate even if they gave them pure gold nails. Lol read more

First Visit... I haven't been in a nail salon since the conception of my son. He'll be 10 in December! I'm having date night with my amazing husband and wanted to be full on "girly", which I'm rusty at! I walked in without an appointment and was lucky enough to be taken in immediately, as well as my son and daughter. They were friendly and professional. I showed them 2 pictures, one with the style of nail I wanted and the other with the design I wanted. The nail tech got my nails right and to my liking, which isn't easy. My pedicure was on point as well as my childrens'. Everyone who participated in our spa experience was wonderful! I will definitely be returning! Update (2nd visit)... I went to this salon for a second time today (7/3/18) to have my nails redone for the 4th (to a certain extent) and found out the tech who did my nails the last time and requested she do my nails again...she's amazing! I immediately put her info in my contacts because she will be the only one I plan to go to from now on! She's gentle, professional, does exactly what I ask, and to my standards (which are ridiculous, I will admit)! My nails look fabulous, luv them!! I'm keeping my tech's name secret, she's a gem and I ain't sharing...LOL (Update...3rd times a charm)... Listen, if you're looking for a great nail salon, this is the place. My 3rd time there and once again, a fabulous job! What amazes me is that the tech I usually go to is on vacation so I allowed another tech to do my nails, I was nervous because what are the chances that someone else will get my nails right? I find that it's rare. So anyway, I went in with a picture of what I wanted and it turned out almost identical! I keep trying to give these people a chance and for some reason I ended up going to the same person I went to the first time who gave me bad service her name is either Tina or Kim but she sits at booth number four she made my nails too thin and after a week I've broken three of them!!? ... I have left my nails undone for a month and haven't broken one!? For some reason I just feel like she rushed through doing my nails!? Even when I pointed out things for her to fix she seemed like she had an attitude about fixing them and that's probably why my nails ended up breaking!? I have been going to this nail shop for years and today when I called she advised I wasn't allowed back and needed to find a new salon. Now reconsidering after giving my $ to them for over 6yrs!!!!! If you over step or try to inform/remind them of your agreement and the safety- they will drop you! The employees all went on vacation during Christmas of 2022 or something... and they're ALL AWARE that I am super cautious because I have a baby at home. So all I asked was to be considerate and inform me (up front) if anyone is ill. If so; I can reschedule... so after they returned I came in and they were all ill!!!!! So I nicely asked TRACY the manager (who I had so much respect for and truly considered a good person). Brushed me off and her other worker just rudely told me that I can reschedule. So I left... gave them maybe 2 weeks than tried scheduling another appointment with tracy but she never responded to my text or returned any communication! So I went back to my old nail spot RED NAILS byNeighborhood Walmart on Baseline and 24th st where they are so much nicer and actually inform you that they are ill and will nicely inform you to reschedule and return your text and welcome you back! Not sure what happened today, but I left with my nails looking like bubbles. Don't know if too much of the acrylic was applied that made the nail bed come out too curved or what. This salon is so wonderful! I was pleased to see they have fresh clean tools for each customer, they have pretty open availability, and I even saw how accommodating they were for a customer who wasn't happy. They're very friendly and kind and I absolutely LOVED my manicure. OMG! This was my first visit and I loved it! This place is nice and clean. Everyone is very polite. I walked in on a Tuesday afternoon around 1:30/1:45 and was seen right away. I chose Happy Nails because of the positive reviews on yelp. However I am infuriated about the response I received at this nail salon. I have a rare genetic skin condition that is not contagious but I have been dealing with since being born with it and there isn't any cure. However, pedicures help the situation and I have been getting pedicures for years but never in all the years, from Miami to LA have I been refused service. I was told because of my condition i couldn't get service on my feet. I told them as long as they don't use callous remover it would be fine. But still I was refused - I then asked if I removed my own nail polish could they just polish them and still I was denied. I ended up having them do my nails as I had come out of my way to find this salon. The girl did a very nice manicure and I'm sure the pedicure would have been wonderful but I was discriminated because of my condition. read more

Called for an appointment for sns nails and was told to come right in. The tech wrapped my fingers in foil to remove my previous sns and then started to work on a lady who walked in and was changing her gel polish. After 20 minutes with foil on my fingers they started to burn so i told the tech and she said to put my fingers up to the fam to cool them down. After 50 minutes of waiting and after the other customer walked out with a complete new gel mani, the tech came back to remove my sns. I told her i no longer wanted to service as i had to be back at work and did not have 2 hours to complete a simple service. I was charged $10 for the removal that i could have done myself at home had i know this would happen. As it is, there was still old dip residue on my nails after she was done so i asked for the buffer and took care of it myself. Very disappointing since the yelp reviews looks promising and i had been told there was immediate availability when i called. Will not be back. read more

My sister got a full set and she was nervous, and getting tense but the tech was really patient and understanding.
