I also got a pedicure and the lady was also a little too rough when cutting and using the tools under my nails they still did a good job. I went Sunday for a scheduled appointment which was at 11:15am and we were waiting there till 12:10 with no one working on our pedis or even letting our feet soak. DO NOT COME HERE!!! The first time I came in the receptionist was beyond rude and completely ignored us so we left. I wanted to give it another try since the receptionist does not reflect the service so I went in a second time with an open mind and I was beyond disappointed. My nail tech kept pushing a higher price service (I chose #11 for $35) until I did. She kept pushing gel ($15 up charge) and once I finished she wanted me to get my eyebrows done with her. My service ended up being over $100 and when I tried to talk to the receptionist she pretty much said "too bad so sad this is a franchise there's nothing we can do" It is beyond ridiculous that they charge very high prices and their towels are VERY OLD and raggity. Do yourself a favor and go to another salon. There's 6 nail places within less than a mile. Any of these places take good care of you and they actually care if you had a great experience. read more

*Dirty tools *Broken pedicure chairs *Unprofessional and Rude front desk Unfortunately I have given enough tries with this salon to finally say it's not worth the visit. I will always say the nail techs have been extremely friendly every time but the 2 receptionist are so rude and very unprofessional making it a very awkward and uncomfy situation whenever checking out. This last time that I went in I brought 3 family members for pedicures that we called and made an appointment for. They took us back to a group of 4 chairs,which was a great as we requested to sit by each other, but come to find out their massage chairs do not work. I don't know about you but this is one of the main reasons I come to a salon for this service. While I was bummed about it I was not going to let it ruin my time. I chose to get the Jelly pedicure with gel polish. The nail tech decided on a scent without asking me (the only reason I bring this up because she chose Rose which would not have been the one I went with, while my family all got to pick their scents). Then when it came time to due the callous remover the TOOL WAS DIRTY! I could see it on the cart with what looked like someone else skin still in on the side I asked her to please go get a clean one and not use that and she just went to the sink and rinsed it off. After everything I hate to say it but I watched as all my family members got massages during their service and my nail tech did not do any of it. Overall just very disappointing service BUT to top it all off when checking out the girl said "Oh yeah a lot of the chairs do not work" - that would have been nice to know and we would have gone another place for $100 pedicures.
