Unfortunately, I had to choose a green color for my manicure in theme for my friend's bachelorette party but my manicurist Trey did an amazing job by making green look pretty with a cat eye design (extra $15). To book with Golden File, they request you to book online and ask you to pay for a 50% deposit. They also assign you a manicurist at the time of booking so you are guaranteed someone will be working with you during your set appointment. I really appreciate their strong scheduling system as I can't stand when I make an appointment at a nail salon and they don't actually keep the appointment time. The staff is also all so friendly and nice. They offer drinks (water, wine, Viet coffee, etc.) and snacks while you are getting your nails done. There is also a phone stand next to you to keep you phone propped up to doomscroll if you please. It's all the little touches like this that I really appreciated!

They had the backdoor opened allowing for a nice breeze to blow through. I think I enjoyed my visit more because of the ambiance. I called an hour before arriving to make sure they could fit me in. When I arrived, I discovered this place has a surprisingly large parking area but you'll be sure to find parking on Tchoup or the side street as it is on a corner. They quickly showed me where to select my polish and sat me in a pedicure chair. I waited about 12 minutes before someone sat down in front of me. Could've been quicker as I called ahead but hey. The weather was too nice to worry. Once Phat (manicurist name) began on my feet, I felt all my worries leave my toes. I recently spent days moving so my feet needed some TLC. She gave me the most amazing foot massage and that was standard - no extra cost. It's only been a few days, but if this polish stays, I will certainly return.
