Hi everyone, My wife used to do pedicure/manicure at this place, but now she stopped because last month she found out that the owner was making employees reuse the gloves. i saw them put dirty gloves in the dryer and use them after that. The owner also allowed people to work there without a license. I already called her last week to let her know what she's doing is not right but seems like she ignored it and acted like she doesn't speak English. I will report her to the State Board Licensing and to the health department. read more

i came here for the first time today for a pedicure and now i won't go anywhere else! they have the best prices i've seen out of the entire new orleans metropolitan area and the service was great. i sadly didn't get the name of the woman who did my pedicure but she was absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable the entire time. read more

I have been coming here for years. They are always very courteous and they do a great job! Great with kids as well!

Every time I come here, they unintentionally cut my skin and I bleed. (I only go because of gift cards) I asked for a soak off and she did everything besides soaking to get my acrylic nails off. I would have taken them off myself, if I knew she was going to NOT soak them off and completely butcher my nails. If you like acrylic or dip nails, I highly suggest not coming here to get them done. My go-to nail salon. I come from Miami where nails have a high standard and unbeatable value. Lots of other places in nola have prices beyond their value. Went in for some much needed pampering about a week and a half ago! They got me in quickly, were taking all precaution and my nails have lasted without any kind of chip! (Gel manicure & pedicure). They did a great job and I love my color. They could have been a little more friendly but hey it's cool I am not really there for the chit chat. Overall I will go back because it was relaxing and the price was reasonable. read more

I was referred by a close friend who gets her nails done here and I am very pleased with the experience. I walked in without an appointment and was seated right away. It was quick (but not rushed), inexpensive, and the nail tech was so nice. Her name was Tracey. I will be requesting her the next time I go back. I got a gel manicure ($25+tip) and a week later they look just as great as they did on day 1. Zero peeling or flaws at all. I definitely want to return and get a pedicure too so I can get a feel for the entire experience but based on just the manicure, I love it! read more

This is a great nail salon hidden in 'your' neighborhood. The staff keep the salon very clean and they're very quick as well. I had a mani/pedi and eyebrow wax ($40+tip). My nails lasted about a week and I'm a klutz. I could have opted for a gel mani, but I only do those for parties, holidays, special events. They had three manicure stations and 6 pedicure massage chairs. I'd like to say you're safe on just walking in, but to keep yourself from waiting too long, I'd still call ahead to make sure they're not too busy. read more

Technicians did a great job with my mani and pedi. However, the manicure technician could have been more gentle and displayed some degree of patience. Communication was a challenge, and I felt rushed / pressured and unable to relax ... for no reason. There was little to no post pandemic business and while the salon is clean, the staff did not make me feel comfortable. read more

I was recommended to go to this nail shack a few months ago & my first experience was okay. Not bad. But my second time getting a gel mani, was awful. I had an older thinly built Vietnamese lady who was actually very rude. She cut the side of my left thumb & thought nothing of it! Then she expects you to hold your hand out the WAY SHE WANTS IT, not taking into consideration if you might have shoulder issues or wrist issues. Such a bitch. NEVER GOING TO PLACE EVER AGAIN! After many years of my family going here, I will never go back. They make me wait at least 30-45 min every time even with an appointment. They take certain people before you even if you have been waiting for a while. And then once you're finally helped, they do not do a good job. The communication barrier does not help the matter as well. I ask for the same manicure color & style every single time and I explain to the manager how I want it done and somehow every time it comes out way different than what I asked for. The woman doing my nails then refused to file one nail shorter because she said that it would look uneven with the rest. I asked her nicely to please file it and she said no you're done. They also have made me bleed on a few occasions because they are not gentle. I am in there for at least 2-3 hours when other places take 1 hour for the same service. read more

I used to think this place was great but recently I've found if you just want a regular mani without gel etc you seem to get the 'newbie'. This time my nails are in worse shape than when I went in. The manicurist spoke to me throughout although I indicated I was listening to a book on tape. It wasn't relaxing at all. They have doubled their size and the service has gone down. read more

I really like this place. This was my second time here & I will definitely be coming back.They accept walk-ins but you can also set up an appt. just in case there's a rush of ppl. around certains times its always nice to be able to just walk in.When we went we actually had an appt. & I'm glad we did, otherwise, we would've had to wait for at least 45 min. because all of a sudden lots of ppl started walking in. They have 6 new looking massage chairs that are soooo comfy and have lots of different settings so you're sure to find a comfortable,relaxing setting. The woman who did my pedicure was very nice & did a really good job massaging my legs/feet. They also have tons of different colors/brands of nail polishes to choose from. I actually found my favorite OPI color which is a glittery Gunmetal. Apparently not everyone has it because I always have a hard time finding it but like I said, they have every single color you can imagine.The service was great, the price was right & the employees were nice.My new favorite mani./pedi. spot. read more

everytime i leave there, i swear i'm not going back. they have messed up my eyebrows on NUMEROUS occasions. several of them do not wax them right and this time i went, one lady was pushing down on my face doing it. she was pushing down ridiculously hard by my eyes. i made facial expressions and said "ow" so she knew she was going to hard and that she was hurting me and she continued to do it. then when she plucked them she got my skin in the tweezers so many times and it hurt. i got in the car annoyed and looked in the mirror and she left SO much undone and not waxed. they looked awful. another time they made my eyebrows too small and it took forever for them to grow back. same with getting a manicure or pedicure, they are very rough and just rude when you don't hold your hand out exactly how they want it. i contemplate asking them to fix it every time they mess up my eyebrows but they always act so rude about it and like it is an inconvenience. then they clearly talk about you and laugh in another language. they always seem to be rushing you and just not friendly at all. to add on top of that, they never tell you how much it is unless you ask. very sketchy and i make it obvious when i ask "how much is it?". and you cant argue with them if they over priced you because they don't have the charges for how much anything is posted anywhere in the salon. i do not recommend going here at all. read more

I have been coming here awhile, and always swear I will never come back. The employees are very rude and act like you are inconveniencing them. My toes were messed up when walking from chair to dryer. I asked her to redo them, and then all of them CLEARLY started talking about me in their language and laughing.
