I went to this place to get liquid gel. The nail was made and looked nice but only a few days. My french started to peel off fast, in only a couple days later. Poor quality. Liquid gel last4 weeks if made right. I called, complained went back to see my technician Jaid to fix my nails, i had an appointment. She did not care about my appointment, by the time i got there she was working on someone, she took someone else and made me wait more than an hour, at the end someone else took me to fix my nails and hour later. Third time here with Hanna. Nails were always nice. Went in and showed her a photo. My ring fingers didn't match. I complained and she said it was freestyle. I paid $85 for this manicure. She took me to the manager who is her daughter. I was told that they weren't machines and she'd give me my money back for the design after she'd ground it off. She was unhappy and said please stop, she got up and went to leave and they charged her card even though she spoke to the manager and the manager agreed that the job was bad. How can you have an employee who doesn't know what they're doing and agree that they didn't do a good job and still charge a client? We asked for a refund and they refused. I've been going to the salon for several months, today, I asked for a regular polish change French manicure on my toes. The girl asked me what I wanted on my toes I said do the same thing which means a white French with clear polish. I'm checking emails when she's finished and I looked at my toes. She put a pink polish on my toes instead of a clear. I said that's not what I asked for the owner of the salon made me wait 15 minutes for somebody else to fix them. they still left pink on my toes on top of the white tip very crappy very unprofessional. I asked them to redo them and the girl told me NO she couldn't she had another appointment meanwhile I am now late for a family event for my granddaughter and ended up missing the show. when I was ready to leave I told the girl at the counter that I didn't want to pay for this because I wasn't satisfied. She called the owner and she seemed to be more concerned about her $27 that she was going to get from me then customer satisfaction. Not to mention her unprofessionalism when I told her what took place and that I was in a rush, I had somewhere to be and her response to me was you're giving me an attitude you're making me not want to fix it? If I could give this salon 0 stars I would. I saw this place had good reviews so I decided to give them a chance.My first visit I came for nexgen on my nails. Jade took her time and did a fabulous job. I told her not to do much filing or buffing because my nails were a bit thin and they just started to get stronger. And she understood the assignment and did it with no issues. Within 1 week 3 of my nails came off, they were just lifting and falling off. That In it's own should have been a sign to not return, but instead I did to give them another chance. I took my children with me but this time I went back again and chose a different nail tech, she was the only Asian lady sitting all the way in the back the last desk. When she started soaking my nails she did not engage in any conversation or asked me what color or shape I may want. I told her the same thing that please do not do any heavy filing or buffing because my nails are thin and she by passed what I asked and continued on. Which is already a strike for me. Then I showed her the design resembling a French tip and she said ok. As I saw she was struggling to do the simple design, I told her" you know what it's fine, we don't have to do the design". She responded back to me with a attitude " well WHY DIDNT YOU TELL ME BEFORE I STARTED I WOULDNT HAVE DONE IT!" Completely unprofessional! And so I responded to her and I said well I'm telling you now. As she wiped off the design and put a clearcoat on instead of properly putting the top coat on, she globbed it on top of my nails and threw my hand in the UV light. When my child ever so gently touched my hand, she spoke early about me and my child under her breath in Chinese, so I asked her what did she say and she completely ignored me. Then when I told her that she missed a spot. She sucked her teeth, looked at my hand and just quickly painted on the topcoat of that finger, after I was done, I started walking to the front to pay, and she scurried to the front register to talk to the receptionist as to what to charge me, and to see if I will leave a tip after her horrible services. After the job that she did and what she ill spoke about my child and I, I refuse to pay a dollar extra. I do not recommend this place to anyone if you don't mind the unprofessionalism of some of the nail techs in the salon!the prices are great but the service is trash!!!! read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!!!!!!!! You have been warned! They are unbelievably unprofessional! I went in about 2 months ago to get a fill on a set. The first time I went, my tech did a great job. However, this past time, she did not. I left the salon feeling very dissatisfied. I wrote Madison Valgari an instagram message explaining my complaint. I did not want to cause a scene at the salon. They responded back very nicely and said they would refund my money AND in the future, comp me a new set! I thought this was so generous. I gave my nails a break since then and messaged them through instagram last night. I let them know I would like to come back in for the free new set. I messaged about 4 times until they finally responded. They told me they get a lot of messages per day and they rarely get back to them. Unprofessional but ok. They told me the tech that would be doing my new set is no longer accepting clients, which is someone different from my original person, and they wouldn't be comping me a new set since it was 2 months ago. I explained my disapproval with the response stating that a deadline was never expressed. They told me in the future, when if I decided to come back, it would be free. If they would have said in the next month to come back, I would have! I actually saved the entire conversation and when I copied their words back to them, proving they said what they did, they deleted that comment! Then they proceeded to tell me that I was being hostile and blocked me! I have NEVER encountered such unprofessional and disgusting behavior!!! Unfortunately for them, I saved the whole conversation last night. I have contacted the appropriate parties to move this forward and will update in the next week or so. When I say this was the most painful manicure I've ever gotten i meannnnn it! RIP to my cuticles. They were bleeding by the time I walked out of the salon. I asked for acrylic and they gave me some acrylic style gel that I didn't ask for nor was I given the option. I've been getting my nails done regularly for years and wanted to try somewhere more local. If you're bringing a child or someone who just isn't used to getting their nails done I would not recommend this location. Also the work station was a mess. Nothing seemed too sanitary which made me feel a certain way because ya know.... there's a pandemic... The owner of the salon asked her to get up so that she could show her how. After the owner has done them, the tech went back to "touch them up" and messed them up!!! I was horrified at how much I paid. The next day, I went back for a refund. Although she did a crappy job, I still tipped 20%. I guess she was new, but please don't put someone on the floor who can't do a basic French manicure! Update: I appreciate the salon owner replying, but 110% lies are not appreciated. Your team was flat out cursing in front of customers, talking about VERY unsavory topics that aren't appropriate. I apologize if I was nervous for my OWN board meeting, but it does not mean that my technician's performance should reflect my nerves. I waited patiently upon arriving, because I was well aware I didn't have an appointment. I graciously thanked your team for taking me since it was so late. And no, you did not refund the tip, because I even commented that she did the work (even if it was poor quality) and that shouldn't be refunded. I paid with my OWN debit card, not a corporate card. Went here for the first time due to referrals from some friends. I got a full set acrylic and a gel pedicure and was absolutely blown away by the drastic difference they make compared to other nail salons I've been to, so much so that I'm writing a review about it! They were very attentive and helpful for what I had in mind for a design, and they were pleasant and fun to chat with! I've never seen a nail salon so clean and well managed. I recently had an appointment which was set for a full set/pedi with two different techs, I showed up on time, neither one of my nail techs were ready or near being done with the previous clients. Which, is understandable if they need an extra 10 minutes or so, no problem. But, nearly an HOUR later I get told they would be ready to take me. I wasn't told beforehand that they needed to push my appointment back or nothing. By the time they were ready I was no longer able to make the appointment because I was on a tight schedule. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way this was handled, I scheduled the appointment a month in advance and to make it worse it was my birthday. Instead of accommodating me they instead told me the best they could offer me was a fill the following day and no pedi. Instead of trying to rectify the situation they tried to say they couldn't move anybody else's appointment because "everybody else confirmed" which is the same thing I did! Ive been coming here for months but this last experience really left a bad taste in my mouth, that's not how you handle you guys' mishap.
