We love and feel so comfortable with all the Nanny's that come through our doors to take care of our Emmie and Georgie, English Labs that are just about 2 1/2. When we travel, the nanny's come for vacation visits, which last 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the evening. They let the dogs out for a quick walk, give them their medicine, feed them and give them fresh water, walk them, play and snuggle them, and then more walks for potties! They also vacuum, take out our trash, bring in mail and all our boxes, keep the house tidy, and most of all love our family pups as if they were their own! They are in constant communication throughout their visits by updating us on how their visit went and sending more than 5 pictures! Jess and her team are so flexible too! We wanted to extend our stay with family friends, and asked if they could extend their care and were able to. Also, I made a mistake on when our flight arrived and they were able to quickly, in a pinch take out our pups and feed them! We are over 45 minutes away and they still come to care and love our pups! I can't say enough about this company. The owner is amazing and each of their highly vetted and trusted employees are just the best. The walkers take pictures of each visit so you can visually check on your pet. They also bring in packages, trash bins etc. as a courtesy. We have used them for years during the work week, but they were a lifesaver during Covid times. We forget our pets need attention too when we are working from home. These folks are excellent! They provide quality petsitting, and you will feel super comfortable leaving your animals in their care. We had six critters at the time that we used their services, including some exotic animals, and they took great care of them all. They paid special attention to detail and performed an in-home meeting before their first paid visit. Their customer service is just off the charts! They're very professional, kind, and communicative. They helped us care for three chinchillas, two cats, and one very high energy dog. They even helped us out on holiday weekends when they could have been spending time with their own families. During the first visit, I messaged to see how my kiddos were doing, and they responded super fast to update me. They also told me when they were planning to see the kiddos next. I never worried when my pets were under the care of Happy Paws staff. Much to my surprise, there was a notebook with notes from each visit. They would note if my dog went #1 and/or #2 on her walk, and they would let me know when they last cleaned our cats' litter boxes if we had them watching the critters for several days. I used Happy Paws for the first time Labor Day weekend. I chose them because my neighbor works for them and everyone in the neighborhood gives such high praise. I have a 5 year old cat who has spent four years in a rescue. I've only had her three months and was super nervous (and feeling guilty) leaving her as she's still adjusting. I was assured she'd be spoiled and she was. She was played with, brushed, given her treats, catnip, etc. I was kept informed twice a day as to how she was doing with texts and photos, a journal was kept of each visit.
