He was very patient and was able to establish the trust needed to give my cat the insulin injections twice a day while I was away. I know it was a challenge but Reeve embraced the challenge. No. I used this service for a week. 0 communication. It was all through text and they can't even…read morefollow directions. I left all of their initial paperwork, a note, and paycheck together. First day they came by and took just the check. Didn't read the note. Second day took the paperwork. If they read the note didn't follow instructions. Third day I asked them to feed my rabbit from the big tub of greens - instead they fed him the premixed salad including high sugar craisings and RAW walnuts (raw nuts can kill a rabbit) that was in a small tupperware container. Placed the entire container in the cage. Luckily bunny was OK - he did spend the entire night and part of the next day in his litterbox with diarrhea, but he was OK. I didn't have a great feeling about them from the get-go and when I came home I could tell that they hadn't given the boys appropriate amount of attention. They were always very anxious, unlike with my current sitter (see my other reviews). I would stay away.
