Her ears go up and she runs to the door! They are so accommodating and really try their best to work with you. She also gets groomed here! Mila is double coated so we really have to get her undercoat nice and clean. She is allowed to play and run all day so she's pooped when she gets home! It's nice that its always the same puppies that go there so they're all familiar with each other. She also gets boarded when we're out of town. There is ALWAYS someone there with her overnight so she's not just in a kennel alone. I recommend this daycare to everyone I speak to that is in need! Please take the bad review with a grain of salt - they're dogs, some dogs just bark more than others and it's also their way of playing. They are NOT left outside all day. They have free range of the partially covered and shaded outside area plus the indoor play room. They're dogs, they know when they're getting hot so they'll go inside. They're given bottled, purified water all day!

Other places with professional groomers would just use scissors to do that (they obviously don't know what they are doing) I thought it was very obvious that you're not supposed to shave a double coated dog. (She told me it was not a shave, but my dog's hair is not longer than 1/4 inch right now. From my perspective that is shaving, I am sorry. It's just common sense). Sky is the most sweet and playful dog ever, thanks to these people now she doesn't wanna eat, doesn't wanna go out... all she does is lay down on the corners and look depressed. I can't say enough how aggravated I am with this place. What you did was brutal... Reeve is experienced, professional, personable, and responsible. From the first visit, Reeve worked hard and put in the extra effort to connect with my reserved cat that is insulin dependent. He was very patient and was able to establish the trust needed to give my cat the insulin injections twice a day while I was away. I know it was a challenge but Reeve embraced the challenge. I highly recommend Reeve to help with special needs pets. He had great attention to detail with the care instructions and gave me regular updates after the visits. In the time that we've owned pets we have never taken them to any form of doggy daycare, boarding or stayed away from home more than 1 night at a friend's house. While I've had many dogs, none that required regular grooming. Maria was very helpful telling us the different options to groom a golden. I was happy to find out they allow the dogs roam, and don't use cages. Kiera got a bath, a cut, deshedding, the works! She is so soft and fluffy and seemed to really enjoy her time. I even got the cutest photo when she was done! We will definitely be back and will only be bringing our pups here from now on!
