Every detail was spot on: from the even trim around his face to the neat paws and perfectly shaped tail. He looked like a show dog by the time she was done! What really impressed me was how patient and kind she was with Bleu. He can be a little unsure during grooming, but she took her time, made sure he was comfortable, and treated him with so much care. Throughout the appointment, she even sent me progress pictures, which I really appreciated--it was so reassuring to see him calm and happy during each step. I called and the phone was immediately answered by a very friendly Bill on the other end. First thing, he was very accommodating and helpful in ending my search and scheduled a time to come do our Meet & Greet the same day as I was needing him starting on Friday and it was already Thursday. With no delay he was over for our Meet & Greet asking all the necessary questions and providing me with piece of mind before I even left. I think this is very important and made a great impact with me by asking simple questions such as: Are the pups allowed on the furniture? Do they mingle well with others in the complex? Do they all eat separate? Sometimes things you don't think of especially when in a hurry! This first impression experience was by far the best I have ever went through before, no matter boarding at a facility or having someone come watch my pups at home. All my questions were answered promptly and he was asking the most important ones. Throughout our short weekend vacation I received lots of pictures and PUPdates! It was very reassuring getting pictures of our happy pups while away. Bill and his partner Dan took every bit of care and gave our pups the most love I could of hoped for! These guys are very professional and couldn't have been a bigger help to us. Most of all, our babies did not even miss a beat! They were happy little pups when we returned; the most chipper I have EVER seen them when coming back from a trip! Bill even gave me a call on his last visit giving me a final PUPdate and giving me a tip for getting our two small babies to eat all their food, which has worked very well and I am still using it. They eat their WHOLE bowl of food which was very rare before! I will most definitely be using Bill & Dan for ALL of our pups needs! Such a big thank you for all the love you gave our pups! But my pups love Diana SO much, that they have learned her name and when I tell them that "Diana is coming!", they get full of life, jump in circles, and their tails start wagging like crazy!! Diana has become like a Dutch Aunt to my fur-children! It gives me the greatest feeling of comfort that I know they will be well taken care of when I'm gone. Diana always sends me picture updates of them and tells me how they're doing. When I arrive back home, they are as happy and healthy as can be and I can never thank Diana enough! Reeve is experienced, professional, personable, and responsible. From the first visit, Reeve worked hard and put in the extra effort to connect with my reserved cat that is insulin dependent. He was very patient and was able to establish the trust needed to give my cat the insulin injections twice a day while I was away. I know it was a challenge but Reeve embraced the challenge. I highly recommend Reeve to help with special needs pets. He had great attention to detail with the care instructions and gave me regular updates after the visits. He stayed right on schedule with the injections. Working with him gave me peace of mind that my cat was in good hands while I was away.

Calvin our pit bull/boxer mix is a handful (to say the least) and they manage to tame the beast and have lovely walks and adventures with him. Alex is super kind, helpful, friendly, thoughtful, and responsive to calls and texts. Shelby (staffordshire terrier) came from an abusive home that left her highly anxious, and distressed by everyone's presence. Alexandra came to rescue - responded right away - when my brother broke his collarbone. Not sure how she does it, but she has been able to quell Shelby's anxieties. We are excited that she is available to walk Shelby 3x a day while my brother heals the next couple of months. .
