I love Stevie so I'm sad to change but it is too much work to get an appointment. This is a case where the scheduling is such a painful process it was constant where I would say please give me an appointment on a certain day during 11-3pm and they would say see you at 8:30am...they also rescheduled my appointment and then didn't have anything until a week later a few times. Have been using them for a while, usually a good cleaning. Booked for a grooming on July 29. They were late, ok, but not unusual. When I get home, poor dog still not groomed, nobody came. Checked my phone- they texted they were running late. Could come in an hour. Ok I think then the next message is they haven't heard from me so they are moving on. Ok, no problem. Used to service being late , when booked. No biggie. And then yesterday, they charge my credit card $140. I think a mistake, ask them to reverse the charge and delete card info. Left a voicemail and told them dog was not groomed, return funds and cancel card. The card gets refunded, then I get a call saying it was likely because I cancelled on them , without 24 hours notice!! Are they dishonest or just want money?? I told the man on the phone that I never cancelled, you guys were late, decided to go to next dog because I didn't text back quick enough!? They cancelled me and left us waiting on them. Terrible decision to charge my credit card without contacting me first with a call or text. And yes , have the text and the text showing the charge a few days later. read more

Groomer canceled on initial visit and then on reschedule appointment showed up over an hour and a half late. The three dogs that I had groomed came out nothing like the photos I provided. The convenience I thought I was getting with having a mobile groomer was completely wasted for the late arrival and awful hair cuts. As you could see from the photos, my poodle mix is still very long and had almost no hair cut from her chest. My other dog was cut very uneven around the face and the third dog was also cut very uneven and choppy. Each dog cost $110 Save your money. read more

I went with the full bath and haircut service, which includes nail trimming, anal gland expression, wash, cut, and style. It was $130 for all of that, and they come to you! Pretty great if you need a bath or haircut for your fur baby and can't leave to drop her off somewhere. Excellent customer service! I got a call back so fast. Rebecca did my puppies haircut. I'm shocked seeing the five star or higher stars reviews below because I've had nothing but bad experiences with them. The grooming itself is really not terrible, but their communication is absolutely the worst. This is my first time trying to schedule with them and they either show up 30 mins to 1 hr late or in this case today they didn't show up at all and did not give me a heads up that they were not gonna show up. They did mention that they were gonna be one hour in half late, which we were able to accommodate. But at the end of the day, they didn't even end up showing up at all. Not to mention the communication is so inconsistent. I asked them what time they were gonna show up and no response. I followed up with a message asking when they were gonna come and it's now closed. I wish we had gotten heads up that they were gonna show up at least so that we can accommodate our day. I gave them one star because the pricing is not terrible for a mobile service and the grooming came out pretty good, I do like that they give a report summary and my dog looks good afterwards, but I really wish that they can fix the communication part. They also tend to book the appt without giving you options of times. read more
