    We had an amazing experience with Mobile Dog Grooming! It was easy and convenient to schedule an appointment. We also can't say enough good things about Cat! She was punctual and highly professional. Our Pomeranian puppy is a very anxious dog and gets very nervous with meeting new people and grooming. However, it is evident that she is very good with dogs, and she knew how to ease his anxiety. Cat took the time to listen and give suggestions for what we wanted specifically for his grooming as he has a double coat. She was efficient and did an amazing job, and he looks perfect and exactly as we hoped for! We could tell our puppy was very comfortable with Cat afterwards. Thank you so much!!

    My cockapoo never look this cute before. The service was very convenient and I love the fast response and very good communication with the whole team! Great service! Cat really done a great job on my dog and I like that she is able to get the haircut just like the one I want. She was very nice and attentive too! She also got him a lil Christmas scarf which is super adorable !! Will def booked with her again!

    Another amazing grooming done yet again! Our dog is a little difficult to deal with when it comes to grooming due to his anxiety but he loves Lindsay! Ive never seen him so happy after a grooming until we met Lindsay! She is punctual with her time and is super nice! Before taking Bolt she makes sure we are on the same page as far as what we'd like to get done and she delivers fantastically! Thank you Lindsay for Bolts awesome haircut and cute little bandana too

    Emmery was amazing! She did an incredible job with our mini Pomeranian. It's not easy finding a quality groomer and thankfully we found the absolute best. Arrived on time, full service took an hour and our fur daughter is a super clean happy fur ball I'm booking a regular appointment monthly. I highly recommend this company!

    I've had a positive experience with Mobile Dog Grooming from the start! Ally has been so amazing and takes such good care of our pup. She does an EXCELLENT job and he looks great for weeks on end! My latest experience was by far the best -- my dog was having an allergic reaction on his skin and was miserable. Ally made sure to understand his needs and take extra special care of him and he instantly felt and looked so much better after his grooming. She is so personable and even remembered I was pregnant and gave me a sweet gift. I'm so grateful for hardworking people like Ally!! Couldn't recommend her enough :) I have referred everyone I know in the area to this business!

    Tried mobile dog grooming for the first time based on recommendations from the OC Doodle group, and it was such a great experience! Ally was wonderful with our pups. Our two-year-old Red came out looking gorgeous, and our three-month-old Scarlette got the perfect puppy treatment to ease her into her first real cut. The bows were such a thoughtful touch. We can't wait for our next appointment--all in the comfort of home!

    I reached out this morning via text and was immediately sent a frontally text from Shalene. E exchanged information and my appointment was scheduled for a 2-hour window this afternoon. Emmery texted when she was on her way and arrived right on time. This was such an easy and convenient experience! Malibu is a little shy and has some separation anxiety but sure did GREAT! Emmery texted me a couple times with how things were going and in about an hour are rang the doorbell... Malibu smelled so good. Her coat was soft and shiny. Nails clipped and filed and she was happy! Price was very reasonable and I will definitely tell my friends and guaranteed this will be my GO TO grooming company! Thank you so much Emmery and Shalene! You are amazing representatives for this company and that first point of contact was exceptional! I felt like a valued customer before I even became one!! If I could give 10 star rating I would without hesitation!

    Chip has been enjoying his grooms at Mobile Dog Grooming. He has seen 2 different groomers Lindsay and Valerie and they both did a terrific job. Chip always dreaded his grooming appointments but seems in good spirits after these. He is a 17 pound poodle/yorkie mix and they can normally complete his service in 1 hour which is very quick compared to the other groomers we first used before trying out mobile. He also always looks great afterwards! Thank you!

    We've been bringing our pups to the Jamboree location for quite a while, and up until the beginning…read moreof this year, we had nothing but positive experiences. Last year, we brought them frequently and always felt confident leaving them there. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the facility felt clean, and our dogs always seemed happy to be there. That's why it's so disappointing to see how much things have changed since the ownership transition. Since the change in ownership, we've noticed a significant decline in the overall experience. The staff no longer feels as friendly or approachable. While there are still a few kind employees, several team members come across as cold and unhelpful, making drop-off feel uncomfortable and even a bit intimidating. It no longer feels like the warm, welcoming environment it once was. We've also noticed the facility doesn't seem nearly as clean as it used to be. Our dogs consistently come home smelling strongly of urine after daycare. We occasionally check the live cameras throughout the day and frequently see urine sitting on the playroom floors for extended periods before being cleaned up. If messes in the common play areas are left unattended, it raises concerns about how often the kennels are being cleaned when the dogs are resting. Combined with the odor our dogs come home with, it has made us question the overall cleanliness of the facility. Another noticeable change is how little time our dogs now seem to spend in the play areas. We'll pay for a half-day of daycare, and by the time we pick them up, we're lucky if they've spent more than 30 minutes interacting with other dogs. The majority of their visit appears to be spent kenneled. We choose daycare because we want our dogs to have a safe, clean environment where they can socialize and play. If they're spending most of their visit in a kennel, it's difficult to justify paying for daycare when they could be comfortably resting at home in a cleaner environment for free. Customer service has also become frustrating. Recently, one of our dogs came home without his collar. We didn't realize it until we got home, so we called the facility and were told someone would call us back because they were too busy at the moment. We never received a callback. After calling several more times over the next few days without getting an answer, we ultimately had to drive to the facility ourselves just to ask about and retrieve the collar. Pickup has also become much slower than it used to be, often requiring a long wait before our dogs are brought out. We're genuinely disappointed because we loved this location for a long time and trusted the team with our pets. Unfortunately, since the ownership change, we've experienced a noticeable decline in cleanliness, customer service, and the overall level of care. We hope these concerns are taken seriously because we'd love to see this location return to the high standard that made us loyal customers in the first place.

It goes to show that the groomers really do take good care of her. They've literally been part of her life (at least for her grooming experience). She always get the full service groom, which includes haircut, bath, nail trim, paw trim, ear cleaning, and anal gland expression. Usually it takes about 1.5-2 hours depending on how busy they are. Once she's all nice and clean, the groomers always call or text me saying she's ready. Sometimes they even dress her up with a cute little bow~ There was a time while they were grooming her, they found a small scab on her body and immediately messaged me about it. It wasn't their fault actually, but it was because my dog was playing too rough with the two dogs we had at home. I do super appreciate that they reached out on this. It goes to show that they do care about animal welfare and immediately bring anything that could be worrisome to my attention asap. Definitely love their service and friendliness! I even got my cousin to bring her dog here! :)

They've been pretty accommodating especially when it comes to moving appointments up (or back) and one time when I was off by 30 minutes, they called (were very nice) to make sure I was still showing up. And still took us. Our dog is a Hungarian Puli so his coat tends to cord on its own if we don't brush it often (which unfortunately we don't). Kawaii has been great about taking out any mats and camouflaging it as best as they can. We usually have a great laugh when we pick him up as he looks like he's heading to a job interview instead of his shaggy self. They've also been working on our Siberian cat who we didn't get groomed until we got our dog and he was gumming her up with his drool all the time. They've been great about preserving her coat and sending her back to us fluffy and clean. They definitely deliver a consistent product and have been very easy to work with.

I originally booked myself with a different stylist but was asked if I'd like to be rescheduled with a "golden doodle specialist." The caller seemed disheveled and stressed but I unfortunately paid it little mind. Great! My boy will look amazing after his trim. I came in with my shaggy but unmatted boy to get him cleaned up around the eyes and rump for hygiene, maybe paws as well. He is a puppy and should to be used to the groomer after all. Unfortunately, the stylist showed me what looked like velcro straps for the lengths with numbers. I didn't piece together very well how the lengths would translate to the dog. My last dog was a golden retriever with straight hair, not a golden doodle. I showed a picture from the same breeder, same breed. Just older. The stylist insisted it could not be done and went along and took my dog anyways. With a price of $100-$120, I was sure he'd turn out well I still gave the benefit of the doubt. I then waited ~3.5 hours for my pup to be finished. I expected it to take atleast two hours but since it was his first time, longer. So seemed on time. Surely the cut would be amazing Uhh... look at the pictures I can see some people liking this cut but I WAS NOT expecting what I got. I kept my composure but was very disappointed and shocked. If I wanted a shave, I'd have done it myself and saved $120. The salon at that time was also rather chaotic as the stylist's dog was barking and she said she would put him outside if he would not be quiet. Far too much for my young pup whose first professional grooming had been done here. I left without saying anything and decided to ask for a discount over email after my thoughts settled, but my partner called rather frustrated before I could. She was met with rather unprofessional comments. "It will grow back." "Your boyfriend didn't say anything." "It wasn't the same dog." "We can't do it." I made many mistakes. Lapse in my judgement by not reading red flags, not leaving after the stylist said she could not cut my dog the same way as the reference, and failing to see the customer service is severely lacking. TLDR - Tell them what you want and if they say they can't do it, leave. Do not use their velcro length suggestion. Do not bring young and anxious dogs here as their handling is meh. I do take responsibility as I heard afterwards that this is a common occurrence with Goldendoodles

Her approach is completely client-centered and incredibly thoughtful. She truly prioritize my dog's comfort and well-being. On top of the wonderful care, the grooming itself is always excellent. She always double checked how short I wanted his hair and always references the notes the staff takes on his last trimming. The haircut is absolutely perfect, the nail trimming is expertly done, and my dog comes home looking clean and beautiful. The entire operation is super professional, organized, and always timely. The only note is that pricing jumped near 10% at least two years in a row. With tip, it can cost nearly $150 or more for a small dog cut, which does seem pricier. Would love to see price increases calm down so we don't get priced out of affording their services. With that said, we still keep going because it's hard to find the level of service and good to great grooming technique used by the Spaw. We have not used other services here so will not comment on that. Plenty of parking and decent availability, but I would call at least a couple of weeks in advance for scheduling. Our little family includes George, our Frenchie who recently underwent back surgery, and Waldo, our Portuguese Water Dog/Poodle mix who struggles with extreme anxiety. Leaving them anywhere can be stressful for us, but Ian immediately put our minds at ease. He is incredibly friendly, professional, and, most importantly, genuinely wonderful with our dogs. He takes the time to understand their individual needs and treats them with such patience and care. With George's recovery and Waldo's anxiety, that extra attentiveness means everything to us. It's clear Ian truly loves what he does, and it shows in the way our pups light up when they see him. We keep coming back because of Ian and the way he treats George and Waldo. I'm sure the entire team is just as kind, but Ian consistently goes above and beyond, and we are so grateful to have found someone we trust with our babies.

That changed this last time the owners sold the company and the new owners took over, as things have definitely gone downhill, which brings me to this review specifically. This past Thursday, July 2nd, I swung by Paw Sweet Paw on my way home to pick up my dog, since my wife dropped her off for a half day. I told the young lady at the front I was here to pick up Boba, and she said, "I'll be right back with Boba."I waited for 15 minutes for her to return, and when she did, she did not have my dog with her, and she stated something like, "they are in the process of moving the dogs". Some more time goes by, and a manager walks by, and I am livid by this point, and I said, "Where is my flippin dog, although I didn't use flippin. She said, " Please hold on for one minute and she walked away and went upstairs. By this point, it had been a half hour, and not to mention there was another gentleman there to drop off his dog, and he had been waiting 15 minutes. Some more time goes by, and I told the lady at the front that I was walking to the back to get my dog, and you can call whoever you want, but this is BS. When I opened up the gate and was proceeding to walk back, the manager came walking down the steps, and again, I said Where the _ _ _ _ _ _ _ HELL is my dog, to which she replied, I don't know how to tell you this, but WE GAVE YOUR DOG TO THE WRONG PERSON. Needless to say, I lost it, and I said, how the hell is that even POSSIBLE on your end, let alone the person that took my dog home. Who the hell picks up their dog and realizes that this is not my dog and takes it home?????? The Manager said that somehow either she lost her paper collar or someone neglected to read the name on the collar and handed her off to another staff member, and they are the ones that gave her to the wrong owner.....When the new owners of Paw Sweet Paw took over, they implemented this paper tag collar policy, and when you check your dog in, they take the regular collars off of the dog and put a paper collar on the dog. I think it is absolutely ridiculous, but somehow, they believe it's to protect the dogs in case they get in a fight or something, to which I still don't understand. By this point, I cannot even see straight, and I am basically yelling at the Manager as to where my dog is and who the hell is going to get her. She said, "I just spoke to the owner, and I am driving to her house right now to get Boba." The lady that took my dog had two dogs, so as the manager was leaving, I said You might want to go back and get her dog..... She said it would take her about 15 minutes to get to the lady's house and 15 minutes back. Finally, after well over an hour, I got my dog back!!!!!!.. Needless to say, she was extremely anxious and was panting very heavily all the way home, and her heart was racing as well. She finally settled down later that night.....I am not sure what dogs think, but I believe Boba might've been thinking she was being abandoned because she has never been anywhere except Paw Sweet Paw. All in all, I think it was about a 1.5-hour ordeal (nightmare). The Manager said she started 3 weeks ago, apologized profusely, and said she is going to rectify the problem so that it never happens again. She also said that the District Manager would be calling my wife, because by this time, my wife had come down as well. They did call later on that night from a blocked number and left a message with no number to call back. We're still waiting for her to call back. It really sucks because this is the only place we have ever taken Boba, and she actually likes it there cause she is not locked up all day and can play with other dogs. My dog is already anxious, so the idea of finding a new boarding place is less than desirable, but I might have no choice.
