It was quickly becoming "not an option" for us and we were lost on what to do... until Precious Angels came along!! Rita is amazing with our animals (two dogs, a cat, and some fish) and takes excellent care of them when we are out of town. Before we "booked" Rita, she came over to our house and met our animals so we could get her acquainted with them (we have a somewhat stubborn and skittish Shiba Inu who takes a little time to warm up to people) and our house. Rita has always been extremely patient with our requests and directions and always follows up on emails to me. She even sends photos of our pets to us when we are out of town (which I love!) and gets our mail! We have used Precious Angels for short weekend getaways and even 2-week vacations. Everything has always gone perfectly smoothly. Like I said above, Precious Angels and Rita have been a lifesaver for us. We love to travel and hate boarding our furbabies, so this has been the perfect option. Our babies get to stay at home in a familiar environment and we get to rest easy knowing they have great care.
