Rita is amazing with our animals (two dogs, a cat, and some fish) and takes excellent care of them when we are out of town. Before we "booked" Rita, she came over to our house and met our animals so we could get her acquainted with them (we have a somewhat stubborn and skittish Shiba Inu who takes a little time to warm up to people) and our house. Rita has always been extremely patient with our requests and directions and always follows up on emails to me. She even sends photos of our pets to us when we are out of town (which I love!) and gets our mail! We have used Precious Angels for short weekend getaways and even 2-week vacations. Everything has always gone perfectly smoothly. Like I said above, Precious Angels and Rita have been a lifesaver for us. We love to travel and hate boarding our furbabies, so this has been the perfect option. Our babies get to stay at home in a familiar environment and we get to rest easy knowing they have great care. As experienced pup owners, we knew what qualities we wanted, and didn't want in a pet sitter. We struggled to find someone that we trusted with our "baby" and access to our home. One afternoon, we literally bumped into Katie on the corner near our house, and had a quick conversation! That led to scheduling a meet and greet at our home. Chip immediately fell in love with Katie and we loved how thorough she was with all her questions and follow-up questions! Hubby and I immediately scheduled a date night! When Katie & Chip had their scheduled walk & play time, we got the best video follow-up, with a text letting us know how the visit went. The pricing turned out to be too steep for what we needed (long trip and two hrs/day) but it would have been a great deal if we had multiple pets as their price is per hour.

Ashley and Shawna came out to meet me and both were extremely friendly and professional. They both asked questions about the health of the animals, my vet's contact information, emergency contact info, etc. and had the appropriate paperwork to fill out. The peace of mind I had after they left was just what I needed! They will send you pictures of your pets while you are away to reassure you that everything is ok and also provide you with text updates. She made her 1st visit with us just to do all of the paperwork, meet they "kids", all of which was very thorough! She covered many items, some we did not even think of! She was very pleasant and professional, we were very impressed! She checked in with us everyday with a checklist of what was done and how everyone was doing. We set up an initial appointment where Debbie came to the house, tried to meet the pets (they hid) and took detailed notes on what we wanted her to take care of while we were gone. Debbie didn't just stick to our pets either. She also offered to water plants and bring in our mail. Debbie was wonderful, she made our dogs feel safe. She was great with the Shepard and very patient as she got used to Debbie. I would reach out to several pet services but the were mainly for dog walkers and cat feedings. If I was going to use anyone, I would discuss the steps and lose that person in the process via phone. Amber was ready for the challenge and understood that I have a certain way of feedings and unplug certain cords. I met with Amber once for a mini interview and then went over the steps. Met again to provide my house key and went through the steps. She was spot on with my detailed instructions and provided fabulous pictures of my Tank. Amber is professional and has a humble behavior.
