My family and I recently left to visit Pennsylvania and we needed someone to check in on our two cats. Through some online recommendations my wife found Debbie. We set up an initial appointment where Debbie came to the house, tried to meet the pets (they hid) and took detailed notes on what we wanted her to take care of while we were gone. Debbie didn't just stick to our pets either. She also offered to water plants and bring in our mail. We returned from our vacation to a home with clean litter, well fed and happy cats, organized mail and healthy plants. Affordable, detailed, local. It just doesn't get better than that. We both work from home so our dogs are used to having someone with them all the time. Also, we weren't sure how our German Shepard was going to react. Debbie was wonderful, she made our dogs feel safe. She was great with the Shepard and very patient as she got used to Debbie. During our trip, Debbie sent us some pictures of the dogs which was really nice and kept us updated. She also brought in the mail and quite a few packages that were delivered to the house. It was quickly becoming "not an option" for us and we were lost on what to do... until Precious Angels came along!! Rita is amazing with our animals (two dogs, a cat, and some fish) and takes excellent care of them when we are out of town. Before we "booked" Rita, she came over to our house and met our animals so we could get her acquainted with them (we have a somewhat stubborn and skittish Shiba Inu who takes a little time to warm up to people) and our house. Rita has always been extremely patient with our requests and directions and always follows up on emails to me. She even sends photos of our pets to us when we are out of town (which I love!) and gets our mail! We have used Precious Angels for short weekend getaways and even 2-week vacations. Everything has always gone perfectly smoothly. Like I said above, Precious Angels and Rita have been a lifesaver for us. We love to travel and hate boarding our furbabies, so this has been the perfect option. Our babies get to stay at home in a familiar environment and we get to rest easy knowing they have great care. Dr. Lewis is a wonderful exotics doctor. She looks for the best course of treatment for my girls and eases the worries I may have. She was kind enough to squeeze one of my girls in today. Sadly two of my four girls have passed over the years, but the team here has been so kind through everything. They're very judgement free and treat my girls with so much love. In addition I have used this hospital for my dog when his primary is unavailable (I bring him to a hospital my work is affiliated with normally, nothing against pebble creek) My Chiweenie is very protective of me but they were able to find a way to examine him while keeping him calm. Please, for your own pet's safety, stop dropping off your dogs at her place. On 7th of Jun 2026 my dog passed away (my beautiful golden retriever 4 years old ) while under her direct care at her location. My dog was left deceased for 6 hours at her place. It remains unknown exactly how many hours he was left completely alone by himself. If someone had been present to monitor him and intervene, he might still be alive today. This situation has caused me immense emotional trauma, heartbreak, and unexpected financial strain due to the emergency costs and ongoing investigative fees. An official veterinary autopsy is currently being performed, and the incident is under active investigation by local authorities. Anyone considering this business should be fully aware of this ongoing investigation.

Throughout the 3 day in home care, there were periods of time our dog was left crated for up to 15 hours at a time, she passed updates that he has been fed when in fact he wasnt, and claims that she was present when the home was empty. We discussed the expectations once again on the second day and were told that there was a family emergency that Taina needed to attend to which we were empathetic towards. We were told moving forward she would be available to spend more time and honor the in home stay but through video, security, and other digital surveillance as part of our lock system it was confirmed that periods she told us she was with our dog she was in fact not, and photo updates that were given were older photos from previous days. We really liked her personality and wanted this to be a long term sitter for us, but we were faced with facts of being unreliable with false updates and expectations which hindered that from being possible. Very disappointed that our animal was neglected to the point his nose was bloody from being abandoned to his crate for long periods and the overall lack of communication. Perhaps better for quick check ins for others that may look to use her services. Would not recommend for in home stays.

They really impressed me when I came in one day to drop him off and the young lady remembered my dogs name -- which is important because it's great to feel like they know him which to me translates to they're learning his personality etc etc and serving him well. The staff is nice and the establish is clean and does NOT reek of dog which is so shocking to me lol. If you're wondering should you drop your fur baby off, yes you should.
