My family and I recently left to visit Pennsylvania and we needed someone to check in on our two cats. Through some online recommendations my wife found Debbie. We set up an initial appointment where Debbie came to the house, tried to meet the pets (they hid) and took detailed notes on what we wanted her to take care of while we were gone. Debbie didn't just stick to our pets either. She also offered to water plants and bring in our mail. She is so caring and I know our fur babies (cats, dogs and rabbits), as well as our turtle, fish and even my husband's hawk (he is a falconer) are in excellent hands. She sends pictures of our pets which eases the worry while we are gone. We have had other pet sitters and Kathy has been the absolute best. I can go away without worrying at all. We have some odd things, (feeding the hawk raw quail) that we needed done and she has been a trooper in doing them all and then some, like bringing in the mail and putting away garbage cans from the street and even watering plants. Kathy has also done some in home dog training consults with our dogs and I really like her style of dog training, very practical, respectful, and realistic. It was quickly becoming "not an option" for us and we were lost on what to do... until Precious Angels came along!! Rita is amazing with our animals (two dogs, a cat, and some fish) and takes excellent care of them when we are out of town. Before we "booked" Rita, she came over to our house and met our animals so we could get her acquainted with them (we have a somewhat stubborn and skittish Shiba Inu who takes a little time to warm up to people) and our house. Rita has always been extremely patient with our requests and directions and always follows up on emails to me. She even sends photos of our pets to us when we are out of town (which I love!) and gets our mail! We have used Precious Angels for short weekend getaways and even 2-week vacations. Everything has always gone perfectly smoothly. Like I said above, Precious Angels and Rita have been a lifesaver for us. We love to travel and hate boarding our furbabies, so this has been the perfect option. Our babies get to stay at home in a familiar environment and we get to rest easy knowing they have great care.
