Luckily, though an odd chain of events, I connected with Britiny at Bombshell K9. From our first conversation I knew she was the trainer for us. She is professional, caring, tough, understanding...and confident that even dogs who have experienced severe trauma in their lives can become amazing family/community dogs. After only three or four sessions I was able to comfortably walk the dogs through our neighborhood without the fear of seeing another dog and experiencing chaos. They can now sit, lay down, wait, heal and come, all thanks to Britiny's no-nonsense approach. And my dogs are so happy to be working on their skills. She's very reliable, resourceful, and most importantly knowledgeable when it comes to dogs. She's the dog whisperer. My puppy Victory literally worships the ground Victoria walks on. If you are serious about having your dog trained well hire Victoria. If you're a first time dog owner, buy 12 sessions. We've come a long way from where we started. Victory and I went from the puppy struggles of her crying relentlessly in her crate to me now being able to be in the same room while she's in her crate and not crying. The struggles of leash training to now being able to eat out on the patio at restaurants. Investing in your dogs training is so important. LLC Pet Sitting cared for our cat for an extended period of time, and reliably showed up at the…read moresame time every day. Pictures and updates were provided almost every day. The care our cat received was completely inadequate, and grossly negligent, however. Provided directions were not followed. The pet sitter failed to give any of the fresh food that had been prepared specifically for our cat, and did not prepare other food according to the provided instructions. The pet sitter also failed to give our cat any water, at all, the entire time we were gone. What little water remained in the bowls when we returned home had turned a gross yellow/green color. How a professional cat sitter could fail to follow written instructions, and neglect to provide water to an animal for such a long time is beyond me. Our cat was extremely dehydrated and unwell when we returned home, due to the negligent care. As a parting gift, a mess of discarded cat food was also left around the trash bin. The trash bin was permanently stained from cat food that had been discarded without a trash bag. Our cat was dehydrated, unwell, and lucky to be alive after not receiving any water or adequate nutrition while we were away. This professional cat sitter could not follow the essential written or verbal instructions for taking care of our cat. I cannot recommend this business.

During this time, she has proven to be reliable, caring, able to follow instructions and I never worry for a second when I leave my animals in her care. She even went out of her way to buy dog socks for my senior dog who was having mobility issues. She has done over 40 pet sits for my company, and probably as many for me personally. She always goes above and beyond for her clients and my dogs. The negative review on this site must be meant for somebody else. None of these things are true about LLC Pet Sitting.

The very frequent use of leash popping for a dog "thinking evil thoughts" just didn't sit right with me. My main issue is that I don't want my dog heeling (or doing any other behavior) with her tail between her legs in fear, I want her eagerly and enthusiastically participating. So I gave it a new command and used positive reinforcement only, and her body language completely shifted. Another example is the labeling of a dog as "having a temper tantrum" because it wouldn't listen to a "down" command. This is probably anthropomorphizing and not evidence-based. The trainer's advice to step on the leash and wait ultimately didn't work to get the dog in a down, and he looked very physically uncomfortable.

She contacted us first that we made it through application, then again when she had the puppy we asked for (male Blenheim). We then went for meeting to see the puppy. We met not just the puppy, but its parents. All the dogs and puppies looked really healthy and happy. We fell in love with Cosmo right away and made plans to pick up when ready (she likes to keep puppies until 12 weeks). Francena is so well-organized. She had this health pamphlet that had doctor's reports and vaccine records and then gave use a goody back including some food. Then she did such a great job training the puppy--it was already comfortable in crate and very close to being potty trained. We are so happy and we highly recommend HRH Cavaliers.

So I jumped at the chance to get my dog in when she said she was starting her own dog walking and dog care business. She's thorough - all new dogs require a home visit and she'll talk with you about any concerns/questions you have, as well as make sure your dog fits in with the pack. And the packs are small: just four or five dogs to each human at the park. So they get a ton of attention and play time! Most dog walkers I've seen have up to 20 dogs!! "Adventure time" is $30 dolalrs per hour. And that hour is guaranteed, regardless of traffic. It starts when the dogs get inside the park, not when they get picked up! And you can see instagram updates to make sure your pup had a blast. The great thing - you can get all kinds of cool packages for discounts if you're a regular customer and book 3 walks a week for a month, or several months in a row. Leashless also has the widest service area of any dog waking company I've seen! Check their map! They even serve West Seattle... You can also get other services from Sierra like light grooming, nail trimming, feeding for a fee. She's great, trustworthy. I can't say enough good things. Hopefully she expands into other realms of dog care so I can just rely on her exclusively!

We have four dogs. Four big, strong, energetic dogs, and she is awesome with them. Our oldest, a dog-nervous pit rescue, has some health issues and Skye is always incredibly gentle and attentive to her needs, and the younger leviathans, Skye wears out... which is really saying something. She's also been really helpful in getting our new foster people-acclimated, trained, and adoption-ready, and for that, I and handsome Hubig, said foster, will be forever grateful. I hate that Skye, who has since become a really awesome friend (and our dogs' favourite person), is leaving NOLA for Washington, but there's no doubt that Seattle's pets are gaining one hell of a human.

Skye is amazing to deal with and is even more amazing with my Shih Tzu, Miley! She works with both big and small dogs and they all love her. Skye is very reasonably priced and the best part is she is very flexible when it comes to scheduling. I can send her a text in the morning if I got tied up with work and she will walk Miley that afternoon. She has truly saved me a few times. Skye has sat for Miley overnight, in my home. The cost is comparable to boarding in a kennel, except Miley stays in her own home where she is comfortable and for roughly the same price if she were to stay in a cage all day. Miley used to get upset when she saw me pack a suitcase, but now she knows that Skye is coming to stay with her and she is a happy camper. When I moved to the city, having someone to help with my dog was my biggest concern, but finding Skye was a blessing. Both Miley and I are happier because of her!
