I paid them in full before they even started the job. they cut only 1 tree they left a lot of branches in my backyard and they never came back. I have to use my own money to rent two 15 yard dumpster for $242.39 to remove the branches in my backyard. And they never come back to remove the second tree. The last time i spoke the company owner Mr Wayne (he's a nice and cool guy )he was agree with me to give me $2000 back. 2026 this guy Eugene…read moreis clearly the biggest POS , known to man, I work my ass off, he knows my wife's godfather, and he clearly took a deposit from us, came and cut about a quarter of the job, then left it in the middle of our yard, when supposedly coming back, he would tell me in days he knows it was going to rain, and then we would have to wait, he would lie about having to go to "family court" because he forgot the morning of that he had it, a lot of bullshit, not to mention that he didn't even have insurance and the job was a big deal being the tree was right above our home. When wrote him about the insurance that when he pretty much known he was caught and I wouldn't let him touch the job again, and he started to offer our money back and said he was going to bring it for a couple days straight till he started to say again, he didn't have the money. Today I received a text message saying "we do not think pruning old apple trees is an effective use of our time." Is that not the definition of "tree care"?
