Then in the car back she threw up all over the car three times. Had to immediately take her to the emergency vet where they immediately flagged her for severe and deadly dehydration (see pic with her level of lethargy in the ER). So much so they had to keep her overnight on IVs and had her stay for 24 hours due to health risks. We had to stay the entire night in the emergency room with her after having extensive travels back from our trip which was taxing physically mentally emotionally as well as financially and will take us a very long time to recover from. Did little to reconcile or try to resolve the situation adequately with us. Therefore this is this warning of our experience to all who stay there.

Two of them are my problem children: a Rottweiler mix foster fail who is reactive to bikes and other dogs and occasionally nervous around people like visiting contractors or UPS men, and the other is a 100+ lb Brazilian mastiff rescue from Aruba who is not fond of other dogs. The two of them began showing increasingly worse dog aggression toward other dogs on the trail and while camping, and had attacked several dogs by the time I found Loyal Hound/Juliet. I was at my wit's end, because I had already spent thousands of dollars and tried everything including other trainers at that point with little to no progress. I felt stuck with 2 big problems for the next 6-8 years. I hike at least 3 miles every single day off leash on the trails by my house, and I love to camp with my dogs in the summer, but they became such a liability that walks became stressful and camping became impossible. I finally found Juliet with Loyal Hound, and for our very first session we met at a crowded park and were going to be doing off leash training right away. I was so nervous -- all the triggers were present: other people with dogs on leashes, dogs off leashes, people on bikes, squirrels -- so I was absolutely AMAZED when we were walking my Rottweiler off leash through a gaggle of geese, past people on bikes, and past other dogs within a few minutes with no problems. It was nothing short of a miracle. Within a few sessions, I had both of my dog aggressive dogs walking on and off leash next to me, passing other dogs (sometimes dogs that were even barking at them) on trails safely with no reactivity. I cannot explain in words how much of a difference this has made in my life -- I feel like I got my life back. If you have a dog aggressive dog, this is the place to go. I am looking forward to taking my two Samoyeds on walks again while walking my toddler in a stroller without having to worry that Hope will pull us. Trained dogs are safe dogs and I'd pay for the training with Juliet 10x over. Worth every penny! It makes my life easier as a single mom managing all the things to have two dogs that get to enjoy being outside with us because I trust them and they trust me. They've accommodated my special requests, like boarding my two dogs together but feeding them separately.On my last vacation they even called to let me know one of my dogs was having digestive issues & could they give her a little pumpkin. What awesome customer service. They also have special drop off & pickup times on Sundays, even tho they're closed. Plus you can watch your pet on Web Cams. Either from moving around town or just being unable to go to a location so we looked at others nearby for a "backup" on busy holiday weekends. One of the owners used to work at The Barking Lot and loved our dog. When he left to open this location with his sister he let us know he would love to see our dog again. This is just up the road and we have had both our dogs attend multiple times. For both daycare and boarding with no issues. Doesn't look like much from outside but our dogs have always been happy and tired after a day or week stay. Prices and services are comparable to all the other local dog daycare/boarding businesses. The live webcam is a cool feature you would expect every business to have but many unfortunately don't!

Like most people it isn't easy to trust your pet and home to someone new, but Danyell's consultation made us feel at ease...and our lives have been so much easier because we trusted her and Zoologie. I'd recommend Zoologie to anyone in Northwest Denver/Highlands, who needs a Dog Walker or Pet Sitter. Soshi was paid ahead of time and committed to coming for eight visits while I was out of town over an extended weekend. Come to find out at the end of my trip, that Soshi had opted to NOT show up for THREE of the visits she was supposed to come for and LIED about doing so. Beyond that, and more devastating, she left my dogs confined in the house, without relief or care for over 24 HOURS. It seems Soshi was naïve or clueless in thinking that all of her actions were not trackable through the security system. On February 10th, she entered my home at 8:19AM and didn't return until the next day, on February 11th, at 8:28AM. It's beyond heartbreaking, thinking about my poor dogs and what they were enduring during this time. On the day before, which she again chose to skip (February 9th), they were restricted in the house for a span of 14+ hours on two occasions. Now going back, she was texting me that she was 'on her way', but never entered the house and never took care of my pets that were trapped inside all day. I trusted Soshi being in my home and had her in my house on occasions prior to this. There were blunders with her back in August, where she clogged my toilet and had the cops sent to the house, from not disarming the alarm. I should have known better then and had verified she was actually coming when she said she was. In a clear reflection of her lack professionalism, Soshi continued to be deceitful about the situation along with being combative. Her indifference and carelessness is completely unfathomable. Her actions were not only neglectful, but boarding on abusive. How a woman like her is claiming to run a legitimate "Pet Sitting" business, yet lacks any compassion, is alarming. I just hope to save others from enduring a traumatic situation such as this.
