Last time I was out of town, my flight back was canceled because of bad weather. I called Josh, and he personally made sure to check on my dogs a couple more times until I was able to get back the next day on a later flight. My only complaint (and it's a very minor one!) is the functionality of the site on which I book my appointments. It's not the most user-friendly. They are fun to receive during work (I forward the funny ones where Rufio poops more than two times to my mom and sister ) and are also great when your pup is under the weather and at home alone. My dog tends to be a bit of a pain when it comes to weather and Mike is always great with that. If Rufio refuses to walk in the rain or snow Mike will bring him out and then stay and play with him for the rest of the time. Mike also helped give me referrals for dog trainers!
