He deshedded instead of what I was quoted, he did not need deshedding and it ruined his top coat. I have owned Golden Retriever's for over 50 years. Worst groom ever! I can do it better myself. Would not recommend ? He definitely was not professionally trained in Grooming?

The staff has been very concerned, and when we took our dog back in to see how she would do without her sister, everyone was good with her and very helpful and she did just fine! Also, my husband had an unplanned hospital procedure and we needed to book our dog in overnight without notice, and Metro Pooch accommodated us. I don't know what we would have done had they not folded us in. We have only had really good experiences here and recommend the daycare and boarding facilities!

I drop my fur babies off at 8am and get a text 2-3 hours later they are ready for pickup! This allows me to have my day to enjoy and they are not stuck in a cage or at a dog groomers all day long for 5+ hours. When they are drying after their bath they enjoy play time with other dogs being groomed. If there is ever a problem, the owner as you notify her immediately so it may be discussed and resolved. Running a business like this, yet alone the work is back breaking and hard I cannot even imagine. I've seen the dogs that come in there big, small, long matted hair, crazy situations.
