They took the time to really listen, learn about our dog and consider the best care for him. They really care to treat their patient as a whole vs symptoms only. In a world where everything is so fast paced and regularly we feel rushed out the door it couldn't have been more opposite here, the Doctor really took his time, and you can tell how much he cares. After a routine spay, my dog developed an infection at the incision site. When we returned to give them a chance to fix it, things went from bad to worse. A vet tech took her into a back room--away from our sight--and shaved her entire underbelly to the skin to deal with the oozing from the infection. They shaved her so aggressively that it caused a severe skin rash/burn, which the clinic then refused to take any responsibility for. The most terrifying part? After seeing no improvement, we took her to an emergency vet for a second opinion. We were told the medications Payson Family Pet Hospital sent us home with were actually formulated for a cat and weren't even close to the correct dosage for a dog. This clinic is negligent, their staff is reckless, and their lack of accountability is appalling. We will never return. If you love your pets, do not bring them here.

i wish i could give this vet no stars. i wasn't going to write a review at all, but i need to as a…read morewarning. i brought my bunny here with a cut, and concerning bloat- they diagnosed him with an air pocket and told us to compress the wound and give him antibiotics- a week later his "air pocket" bursted. i called and was told that it was normal and to keep doing what we were doing. i called around to other places knowing that is just nonsense- bunny abscesses are extremely serious and emergent. the lady who answers the phone who knows absolutely nothing about bunnies should. not. be. giving. advice. without. consulting. a. doctor. i had to bring my bunny to an emergency vet where he had surgery, and we were told it is a possibility he won't make it because of how deep and severe it is. if only the vet we brought him to beforehand correctly assessed him, correctly diagnosed him, and gave him the correct antibiotics. which the new vet said it was not at all a antibiotic used for something like this. please do not take exotic pets if you're not equipped enough to properly treat them. pay more attention.

The staff is so friendly, my dog loves to go here! We recently lost one of our dogs, and I put a note in our account when i scheduled my other dog to board. I asked that they remove the dog who passed away from our account( it's just hard to see the reminder and have all those feelings come up again). They did exactly as I asked. When we picked our dog up from daycare today the staff at Bandit's had a sweet bouquet with a note attached. I was so touched. I have never experienced this level of customer service or sympathy from another facility. They know my dog by name when I walk in to drop my dog off; the level of personal care that they offer is unparalleled. I can't say enough good things about Bandit's, and we will continue to be customers as long as we have dogs to board.

This lady was the nicest lady I've ever spoken to (I think in my life.) and customer service was incredible. She answered my dozens of questions and got me scheduled quickly and without a hitch. I so wish I was taking my pets here because it felt as though this clinic treats their clientele like family and the kind lady who helped me seemed VERY knowledgeable. Although my interaction with this clinic was brief, I'd still highly recommend them.

The dogs run and play outside, we have two hours of quiet time in the middle of the day for some rest. With doggy swimming pools, large sand box, tetherball, tug of war ropes, three toy subscriptions delivered monthly, room to run, slides, tunnels, ball pits, on hot days we play in the sprinklers, puzzle games for the dogs when we are stuck inside, we’ve done crafts and the kids love to play fetch with the dogs! I've tried to make this doggy heaven! With the yard fully fenced twice and double gates at doors we take precautions no dogs slip out. We are able to separate dogs inside and out if any of the dogs don’t get along. We have a doggy door so they can go out any time needed, running water trough so we always have water available. We have several kennels, bowls, beds, and toys so all you need to bring is dog food. Poop is picked up daily and kennels/bowls are sanitized between dogs. I am out with the dogs during all business hours and dogs are in kennels when not supervised for safety. I have several cameras on the dogs at all times as well. We’ve covered our bases to keep your dog safe!
