The staff is so friendly, my dog loves to go here! We recently lost one of our dogs, and I put a note in our account when i scheduled my other dog to board. I asked that they remove the dog who passed away from our account( it's just hard to see the reminder and have all those feelings come up again). They did exactly as I asked. When we picked our dog up from daycare today the staff at Bandit's had a sweet bouquet with a note attached. I was so touched. I have never experienced this level of customer service or sympathy from another facility. They know my dog by name when I walk in to drop my dog off; the level of personal care that they offer is unparalleled. I can't say enough good things about Bandit's, and we will continue to be customers as long as we have dogs to board.

The dogs run and play outside, we have two hours of quiet time in the middle of the day for some rest. With doggy swimming pools, large sand box, tetherball, tug of war ropes, three toy subscriptions delivered monthly, room to run, slides, tunnels, ball pits, on hot days we play in the sprinklers, puzzle games for the dogs when we are stuck inside, we’ve done crafts and the kids love to play fetch with the dogs! I've tried to make this doggy heaven! With the yard fully fenced twice and double gates at doors we take precautions no dogs slip out. We are able to separate dogs inside and out if any of the dogs don’t get along. We have a doggy door so they can go out any time needed, running water trough so we always have water available. We have several kennels, bowls, beds, and toys so all you need to bring is dog food. Poop is picked up daily and kennels/bowls are sanitized between dogs. I am out with the dogs during all business hours and dogs are in kennels when not supervised for safety. I have several cameras on the dogs at all times as well. I was honestly shocked to learn that the $30/month wash and blow-dry service only includes a bath and nail trim, followed by putting your dog in a cage with fans blowing on them until they're dry or picked up. I understand the reasoning behind not wanting to send a dog home soaking wet, but I have to ask: **how is this meaningfully better for the dog than bathing them at home and allowing them to dry comfortably in their own environment?** The entire concept of leaving a dog confined in a cage with fans blowing on them just to dry them seems incredibly impersonal and, frankly, sad. These are people's family members--not laundry that needs to be dried as quickly as possible. What also really bothered me is that the website emphasizes that they don't want dogs going home wet because they could potentially get sick. Yet the alternative being offered is essentially prolonged confinement in a cage with fans until the dog dries. That doesn't feel like a particularly thoughtful approach to the comfort or wellbeing of the animal. I ended the call and immediately signed up for the $135/month Sparkle grooming service instead. Yes, it costs significantly more, but after hearing what this service actually consists of, I would much rather spend the extra money on my dog and know they're receiving actual grooming, attention, and care. **If you're considering this service, I would strongly encourage you to ask exactly what happens to your dog after the bath. Personally, I couldn't justify paying for a service that I feel I could provide more comfortably and compassionately at home.** Our dogs deserve better than the bare minimum. It's such a comfort knowing he's spending the day playing, socializing, and being well cared for instead of staying home alone. One of my favorite things is the report cards they send home. They always include the cutest pictures of my boy, and he looks genuinely happy in every one. You can tell the staff really gets to know each dog's personality. My puppy is naturally very anxious and nervous in new situations, but the team has been incredibly patient, kind, and attentive with him. Rather than treating every dog the same, they tailored his experience to meet *his* needs, and that has made such a difference. The thoughtful notes on his report cards make it clear how much they genuinely care about him. They also offer a wide variety of services at very reasonable prices, and everyone at the front desk-as well as the rest of the staff-is always friendly and welcoming. Negligent and cheap staff. They don't care about or watch your dog. Go to Wasatch Canine Camp. I regularly travel and leave my dog at kennels. Never once has she come back with an injury and the kennels (including On the Spot) have always commented that she behaved wonderfully. However, this summer I picked up my dog on a Monday morning after a weekend trip and she was given back to me with the 8-stitches-wound that I've included. I noticed the wound within 20 seconds of leaving the building with my dog and immediately went back in for answers. The manager onsite said there was a scuffle that my dog started and that another dog had done it-- this under their "supervision" and after they handed me a report declaring with their signatures that my dog had behaved perfectly during her stay. I took my dog to the vet and had the wound taken care of by professionals. That was ~$800. On the Spot did not care to chip in for the medical expenses and coldly pointed to their liabilities waivers that covered them. Accidents happen, but this is poor business management and shows a disturbing lack of accountability. Know that for the price of a cheap kennel stay, you are risking your pet's safety under negligent staff and they won't give a damn to make things right after the fact.

NO hair cut or shaving ... just a wash and it cost me $90.74 I thought she made a mistake and i reminded her that she was just in for a wash and she said... "no that's right, and our prices just went DOWN". I have called 3 different places today because I am still in shock and all of them were around $40-50 tops for the same services. She uses a custom built trailer that is made to groom one dog at a time, which eliminates any concerns about run-ins with other pups right before a groom. Tiff aims to please and takes time to listen to any preferences or concerns you may have so the groom turns out perfect every time.
