Terrible experience didn't even get my pet groomed because I was so off put by their customer…read moreservice and attitudes. Got to the location where we were supposed to meet on time and she texted that she was running out to the gas station and would be back soon. Waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes for her to let me know she was back but she never did. Thankfully I drove to a different parking lot and saw the van. Texted her that we were outside of the van and she comes out 5 minutes later with a terrible attitude towards me. I could hear several dogs in the van which I was not aware of and would not of been okay with if I know considering I have a cat. She said if I was uncomfortable I could either comeback in 30 minutes which did not work with my schedule or she couldn't see me today. Moral of the story I absolutely do not recommend. Look elsewhere for grooming services.
