My hubby and I feel so fortunate to have found Happy Tails To You! Dana has a beautiful sprit and my babies love her. She is dependable, trustworthy and has a big heart. All we have to do is send a text letting her know when we are departing and she takes care of the rest. Thank you Dana and Suzane for the peace of mind you give us!

What can I say about these ladies! My husband and I are travel nurses and needed someone for those long work shifts! They are one of a kind! It is always hard to leave your furbaby when you have to work, but knowing that Dejah was in such caring and amazing hands! It's always good to have trust in the people who are coming in your home when you aren't there and taking care of a part of your family! I wish I could take them with me on all my travels!

Mochi loves Dana and Happy Tails!!

Absolutely stellar dog walking service. Dana and her partners are efficient and so so kind and sweet with animals. I felt she genuinely loved my dog Mochi like her own and took such good care of her! They were always prompt, on time, and never missed a walk. I loved the updates and pictures I got and I was able to be at work with the peace of mind that my sweet fur baby was very well taken care of. Highly recommend them!

Best dog walking service we have ever used. Happy Tails are dependable and accomodating to our pets needs. Our dog is a rescue with a very shy/sensitive personality. Dana has done an amazing job adjusting to our bulldogs special needs. Also rest assured they will give you daily updates to know your pet has been fully taken care of.

Happy Tails dog walking service has literally changed mine an my husbands lives! Our boys are challenge. They are not social and have a hard time adjusting to new people. Reggie is very aggressive with people he doesn't know and other animals. Dana has the patience of a saint. After two walks Chico and Reggie welcome her into their home and we have a piece of mind knowing they are in loving hands. We receive a text and pictures after each walk. I highly recommend Happy Tails To You services. Thank you Dana, Suzanne and staff

Ask the Community - Happy Tails to You

Hi Dana! Would you watch a bunny (stop by and feed, tidy her space and pet her) while we are out of town? You used to watch our kitty and were great with her. Thanks!

They are reliable, professional, and genuinely care about the dogs they work with. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing he's in such good hands while we're at work or away. Communication is excellent (which I really appreciate), they're always punctual, and you can tell they truly care about what they do. (Plus they're all excellent photographers and capture such sweet faces of our guy!) Online scheduling is so convienient & easy to navigate. Highly recommend to anyone looking for trustworthy and caring dog walkers/sitters. Thank you to all of you that care for our cocoa loco boy- (especially Sadie who has stayed with him on different occasions while we are away) he appreciates it as much as we do With much love & gratitude, Christina, Frank and Hank

Please READ !! First and foremost, every time my dogs are being walked, I receive constant…read morecomplaints via text. Let's take a step back and consider the situation. When I initially called this dog walker, she answered her work phone number. We had a 20-minute conversation, and I explained that I have two large dogs. One is friendly and has excellent report cards from daycare, while the other is older, spoiled, and takes a while to feel comfortable with strangers. My smaller dog, on the other hand, is no problem. However, my bigger dog barks when people walk in the house, especially if they don't fully know him yet. I said when u walk in the house; they bark until I give them rubs and kisses. I specifically instructed her to sit on the sofa when she comes in the house and let them come to her and pet them for a while before putting on their harnesses. Unfortunately, this never happened. Every time I watched the camera, it was the opposite. I let it go for a while, but then I continued to hire her three times a month and a full week when I was on vacation. I didn't need her to walk my dogs because I had friends and family, but I wanted them to continue to warm up to her in case I left town again. Everything was fine during the week when I was out of town. I watched the cameras and received good report cards, which I still have for proof. However, for some reason, the last two times she walked my dogs, all she did was nag and complain about how hard it was to put on their harnesses. If she were in a hurry to go somewhere, she shouldn't have agreed to walk my dogs! She should have said no, then she was rushing my dogs and smoking at the same time. She complained that it was too hard? If it wasn't hard for a full week when I was out of town, now it's hard? The truth is, she got lazy and didn't want to take the time and effort to care for my dogs anymore because it was to much u should write on your profile that you only accept small dogs. You seemed fine walking one dog at a time, but then you complained about that so u started walking two dogs at once. That's What happens when you take on more than you can handle! You should have stuck to your normal routine of walking one dog at a time. But you were once again in a hurry You started to walked both dogs and then look what happened ? It was a mess, then she starts to tells me . I can't talk to you after my work hours, mind you. Mind you guys I called her at 8 pm when I first met her , that's after your work hours. I told this lady about my dogs' triggers: no smoking around them, no drugs or weed, and they hate that stuff. They bark at anyone who does it. She was vaping while trying to leash my dog! The harness wasn't connected to his collar; it was on backwards and upside down by the grace of God. They didn't get hit by a car and get out! She said, "Oh my gosh, the harnesses are so hard! It's too much. The dogs are barking at me; they're not cooperating." One tried to attack me, mind you. I was watching the cameras the whole time. Then she said, "My dog went outside and did a backflip and landed on all four feet. So, I brought them in the house." I paid you just to take my dog out for him to do a backflip for you to not complete the job. They didn't even pee or poop. Because she claimed he did a backflip? I think this lady is on drugs or something because nothing she was saying made sense. I have camera proof, and she lies about the walks once someone walks into my house I get an alert on my phone and the distance. I have FI trackers on my dogs. She said she did a 0.57 walk, but it was only a 0.14-mile walk! She said the walk was 32 minutes, but it was only 10 minutes. So, I wouldn't trust her when you first meet her. She seems like she's down, but then after they take you for granted and take advantage of you, she says my dogs are distressed and have anxiety. I would have anxiety too if you're smoking in front of me when I already don't like it, and it's taking you 15 minutes to put on a harness. I call it pure laziness! When you tell someone that you only need them between 6:30 pm and 7 pm, don't complain about the time after you already agreed to it. Don't agree to something if you're not going to be fully committed to it. If you know you're going to be tired after walking multiple dogs during the day, don't agree to something at night. But it's okay, karma does It's a big one, being frustrated with my dogs and just trying to blame everything on me when it's actually you remember, I may not be a Dog Walker but I am very intelligent. Dogs will always feed off your energy, negativity stress, and anything you are on and I feel like I was scammed and lied to. Don't trust it. Everything we talked about in the beginning when I first met her nothing ever ended up that way. Wish you the best no hard feelings just more so upset.

Rob was referred to us by our vet, who we trust implicitly. He house sat our dogs on a few occasions within the last year when we were out of town, with the understanding he would stay in our house. Our last time using Rob was very beginning of January 2026. We were happy to open our home to Rob, having him bringing his dogs to keep our dog company as we recently lost one of our two. Needless to say we were in good communication throughout our trip between texts and pictures, usually a few time a day. When we arrived home at 11:45pm from our trip, upon opening our front door we immediately saw a huge dent in our new refrigerator, on the right side door- something so large it could be seen from about 25-30 feet away. I immediately texted Rob, asking what happened to our refrigerator- he said he "omg forgot to tell you" on that morning, he asked his partner to "throw him his phone" from across the kitchen and missed it. He then attempted to fix it himself, was unsuccessful in doing so. This seemed to obviously have some important information missing and/or intentionally misrepresented. The refrigerator also had a few smaller dings further down on it that were not there on the same, right side, now-damaged door. Rob did not respond to our inquiry as to how they happened (not from a phone, for sure). Additionally, the protective film was peeled off- which when asked about, we were told it happened when Rob tried to pull the dent out. Rob then failed to respond WHY THE PROTECTIVE FILM WAS ALSO PEELED OFF THE OTHER, LEFT SIDE, PERFECTLY GOOD AND UNDAMAGED DOOR WHEN ASKED WHY HE DID THAT. After ducking the questions he then apologized and stated he would take care of the issue. At no point in the process did Rob offer any refund for the $375 we paid for approximately 3.5 days of service as a good will gesture, nor any explanation as to why in the 4-5 texts we received that day from him while we were traveling back did he disclose that he damaged our home. Instead, he chose to try to cover up, mislead and hide his mistake- rather than stand up, take ownership and responsibility. The fact that he stated he "forgot to tell" us after spending time to go by tools to fix, deliberately removing film from the good left side door (because it was obvious that it no longer matched the right side without film) is such an outrageous falsehood, yet worse to think it would be believed, speaks to the accountability and maturity level well below that of an adult. This also demonstrates a complete lack of transparency and integrity as not only a business owner in a word of mouth, referral and trust-based industry where clients entrust Rob with their loved pets and homes, but speaks volumes about his character. At our expense and time lost, we had to have both doors replaced. This took a few weeks. When we contacted Rob after completion of work, there were multiple responses of hardship stating his inability to cover damages done. After demanding at least the refund of our $375 that was never offered, Rob tried to short it $75 at first. Save yourself from future problems- go anywhere else for you pet needs but with Rob.

Rob is not only the most kindhearted person you'll ever meet, but he is so attentive to his clients and most importantly our fur babies.
