Great people! My puppy loves hanging out at GoFetch! I especially appreciate the shuttle service and that they will give Sport her packed lunch when have her there for a full day of play!

Weird to post about a dog care place on Yelp but here we are. This place is absolutely the best for dogs. I couldn't be happier with the team and care at GoFetch. I never imagined I'd pay money for a dog to go to daycare but hear me out - it's worth every penny. We got a puppy in April and as soon as he was old enough, we started trying a little bit of training and daycare through GoFetch. We could not be happier with them and our now 6 month old puppy adores his time there. Their love, care and understanding of dogs is incredible. We take our pup for daycare a few days a week and he loves it so much that he runs to the door to be let in. Misty, who is there in the morning when we bring Mookie, is wonderful. The moment you meet her in the morning, you know your dog is going to be loved. Every single team member is warm and friendly, knows the dogs and makes you feel so comfortable. We had him groomed there and the groomer not only called to go over what we wanted but sent a follow up email with his care that day. Currently, he's being boarded and the team is amazing about looking after him and updating us. The dogs aren't kenneled at night and this makes me so happy. If you're looking for an all-inclusive dog care place, please consider GoFetch. It's wonderful.

This is before her cut and what a Maltipoo should look like.

This is the 2nd chance I gave to the groomers at Go Fetch! First time wasn't t so good but I let it go. This time is horrendous. It looks like my dog got in a fight with the clippers. What kind of groomer thinks this is a good cut? My dog is a very well behaved dog and has been to different groomers in the past and has NEVER had this happen. Maybe it wasn't a cut I was in love with but I always think well it will grow back. This is absolutely unacceptable and I can't imagine how this company has such raving reviews. I will definitely NEVER EVER come back again and I will be sure not to recommend anyone to this place. I wish I can give negative stars! Update: I received a call from the owner only to end up more upset than I started. She offered a refund but took no responsibility for the poor quality of work I received. Instead she chose to pass the blame onto my husband, saying that that's what he asked for (which he did not) saying that the groomer was not comfortable with his request but proceeded anyway. Hmmm what a bunch of crap. If she had owned up to the mistake I would have updated my review on a more positive note. And would have let this all go. Unfortunately she doesn't understand good customer service. She kept just saying she'll give me a refund and sorry that there was obviously no way she could make me happy. Again shifting the blame with no responsibility.

Our boys always have a great time hanging out at goFetch. The staff at goFetch are excellent and very attentive to the animals. We have also used their grooming services on several occasions for nail trimming. You can't go wrong with goFetch for daycare, overnight boarding or grooming services.

Another successful daycare session! Sleepy puppy achieved!

When my wife and I got our 8 week old Pomeranian, Cosmo, we knew that we would want some kind of daycare for him when he got a little older. All dogs need attention and excitement in their day, and Cosmo needed a LOT of attention at first. We found GoFetch through convenience, but stuck with it for the quality of their daycare service and the peace of mind that affords us. The employees have all been warm and welcoming, and they will almost immediately remember you and your dog. That was already reassuring. They have a webcam set up so you can monitor your dog in the playpen throughout the day. Another plus, although I've honestly never felt compelled to check it. They give you updates on your dog and keep you informed of his behavior. According to them, Cosmo is "one of the pack" now, and it shows. He comes back from daycare exhausted and happy. One of the first things he does after dinner is find a spot on the floor and pass out. Tired baby is our favorite baby! We bought a 30 day package for Cosmo, which wasn't cheap, but after using it twice a week for the last two months, we can say it's been worth every penny. My wife and I work all day, and it wouldn't be fair to Cosmo to keep him locked up alone in our apartment five days a week. If your dog plays well with others and needs some extra attention during the week, I can wholeheartedly recommend GoFetch. Their temperament test is free, and it will determine how well your fur baby will handle regular daycare sessions, so at least stop by and give it a shot!

I was completely unmissed because when I came back my little girl was still happily vibing with her new friend. I saw people use the self service wash which looked amazingly stocked. I usually self wash my baby somewhere else, but decided she was at a point where we would both benefit from a real groomer. So glad we did. When all was said and done Elli looked amazing! Her double coat was fully blown out! Shiny shiny shiny! Her nails were beautifully trimmed. She came out happy, bandanad, bowed and bedazzled! Total love this for her. Unfortunately, my experience left me very disappointed. I was quoted a base price of $120, with the first 30 minutes of dematting included and any additional dematting billed at $1 per minute. I understood there could be additional charges if my puppy required extra work. However, what I did not expect was for the cost to continue increasing without any communication. Around 8:40pm, I checked in and was told they had just started drying him. Based on that update, I told them to take their time because I believed the appointment was nearing completion. I was never contacted to let me know the bill was approaching several hundred dollars or to ask whether I wanted them to continue. Instead, my puppy remained at the salon until approximately 11:15pm, nearly seven hours after drop-off. After waiting all evening, I was the one who finally texted to let them know I was coming to pick him up because the appointment had gone on far longer than expected. I also let them know it was okay if he wasn't finished, as it was already very late and the appointment had gone on for nearly seven hours. When I arrived, I was told they had spent four hours dematting him, resulting in a final bill of $400. What was especially frustrating is that, despite the lengthy appointment and significant cost, the groom was not completed. I was offered the option to bring him back another day to finish the service. I understand that severely matted dogs require additional time and that groomers deserve to be compensated for that work. My concern is the lack of communication as the cost continued to climb and the amount of time my young puppy spent at the salon for an unfinished groom. A quick phone call to discuss the options or to place a limit on the charges would have gone a long way. I do want to acknowledge that Sivan was kind and professional during our interactions. My concerns are not about the friendliness of the staff, but rather the communication around the cost, the length of the appointment, and the fact that the groom was not completed. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I won't be returning.

Lily recently had an eye surgery, so I was paranoid reading reviews for other groomers. We'd prefer to keep the eye we still have. Soggy Dog definitely lives up to its 5-star reviews! Just in case anyone else is reading this that has a one-eyed dog (or any dog with blindness), Tanyss's most recent rescue is a one-eyed dog too, so that made me feel much better :) APPOINTMENT/COMMUNICATION: I called on Thursday but they were closed for a staff event; they got back to me asap by text & I ended up scheduling for Saturday afternoon. Elle called when Lily was almost done (only 30 mins later). Their communication is very quick and clear so if you have any questions regarding services, feel free to ask ahead of time! PAYMENT: They accept cash and check, but you get free enzymatic teeth brushing if you pay cash! My dog is 9-10lbs & pricing depends on weight, but for an all-inclusive flea bath (nails, teeth, blueberry facial, gland expression) I paid less than $50 before tip. That is significantly less than I've been charged at other places. Tanyss even explained that with the rising costs of living, they strive to make such services affordable :) MY FEARFUL REACTIVE DOG: was very comfortable here. When I picked her up, Elle (we share a name!!) was holding her & Lily wasn't shaking?? She also wasn't desperate to leave; she was so chill?? Keep in mind this is the same Lily who loses it if I bring her to a pet store (another place that smells like a bunch of dogs have been there). Do not get me started on the vet--this chihuahua acts like she's being deployed. She was confused when we first tried to enter, & Elle (as in not me Elle) suggested I pick her up so she doesn't get out of her harness, which is TOO accurate bc that exact thing has happened to us sooooooo many times. Elle clearly knows dogs, haha. But when I picked her up, she couldn't be more chill! PARKING: So turns out you can stop at the red loading zone right in front for pickup/drop-off, & Elle even explained that if the police pull up, they'll bat for you as a client who was literally unloading a dog, LOL. I didn't see the text about the loading zone & ended up parked a few blocks down the street, because parking in this area is a struggle. Use the loading zone! Save yourself! It was a last minute appointment needed for the little pup and with the help of Yelp, we found Sara. I put in a searched which came up with places for what I was looking for. Between a few back and forth we were able to get him in last minute. She squeezed us in day off which we were very thankful of. The place itself was in a mini strip mall with a few other businesses. A thrift/vintage shop, a bar, a few coffee shops, hair salon and nail shop. There's a decent size parking lot but when we arrived it was packed but lucky enough to find a spot. When we walked in, it was a little confusing as it was a vet. The ladies behind the counters were all sweet when we checked in but wasn't sure we were at the right place. Well, it's a vet and groomers on site. It was just a couple minutes wait till Sara came out to greet us. First off, she's such a doll and sweetheart. Very professional and takes pride in what she does. Chatted with here for a little bit about what we wanted before handing over the little pup to her. We were quoted about 2 and half hour or so which she'll call us 20 minutes before hand to let us know he'll be ready soon. Freddie Mercury was in good hand. Picking him up, he was such a cutie. The bathing, cut and grooming was great. Nails were cut and file for that nice finished look. Also he had the cutest little bow tie on which was the little icing on the cake. From the chat on Yelp, Sara explained all the pricing and services ahead of time to give us the breakdown. As it was our first time, she did take good care of us with everything. Total for everything and extra add on including gratuity and discounts for first time, it was just short of 130.00. Price wise for everything was good. It was worth it and her service was very well worth it. Even though we're not from the area and it was a last minute appointment, we're keeping her in our book as we'll be back in town again and know Freddie will be in good hands next time. The place was very professional and clean. There's a drinks section with a mini fridge of drinks and a water station for refilling your bottles and coffee machine. It was busy which is great for them. Sara, a professional and sweet person who has a special skills for what she does. Friendly, sweet and a doll. Highly recommend Sara.
