Beef was tender and had good flavor, not like a fake beefy taste. Broccoli was still a little crunchy and not over done. Very good experience and reasonable prices also. Less than $15. With covid 19 preventing my son and I from going to our usual Chinese buffet, we had to find a new place to go. We found Happy Wok while using Door Dash to find a place to eat. My 9 year old LOVES Happy Wok and I do too. The pineapple chicken is amazing and my son is continuously asking for us to go there because he loves the chicken and broccoli, lo mein and chicken on a stick. I love trying new restaurants in the area. However, I will NEVER go back to Happy Wok. I ordered the Chicken Lo Mein plate with fried rice. As I was eating, I noticed something that looked like a tentacle. I was completely disgusted with whatever it was that was in my chicken lo mein. I usually do not write reviews unless I really loved or really disliked something and in this case I was really disgusted. Normally order from here a few times a month for delivery. Food is always decent and great for a night we don't feel like cooking. I did notice the last time we ordered there is no delivery charge on orders that exceed a $15.00 minimum (shown on their menu). Our order was over $16 and we were charged a delivery fee.... I wouldn't make a big fuss but I also asked for a receipt because I must keep track of all expenses. I was told it was in the bag, but of course it wasn't in there. So I'm a little upset we were charged something we shouldn't have been, and then was misdirected about our receipt for our order.
