Update: I have been going to Jade Garden before/after it stopped being a buffet. I have had words with them about putting large slices of onions in their dishes. I tried to be reasonable, but now I'm just going to post a picture of their "chicken chow mein". It's ridiculous. It's pretty much just a sliced onion, a couple of pieces of bamboo, and these little pinhead pieces of chicken. So, I paid $5.75 for an onion. This place used to be a great place to eat for good value, but now this is beyond ridiculous. read more

I know Covid has hit everyone pretty hard. This place used to be a little buffet. It's now downsized and doing take outs. I'm not sure if they still have any dining in, but walled up the one side of the restaurant. It's not a good as many Asian food places, but it's not horrible either. The prices have gone up $1-$2 per item. It works for a close to home meal when you don't have time to cook. read more

Ordered through doordash with reciept from business. Very fast delivery. They subbed a yellow rice in one of the entrees for chow mein. Not what I expected. The roast pork tasted a smidge rancid, as did the yellow rice. My wife and I skipped this dish. They did throw in an egg roll. Which was nice. The spring rolls were fried (my preference is fresh) but this varies a lot. The steamed rice was a bit dry/crunchy. The food was ample for what we ordered but generally bland. read more

Typical asian style buffet. I've been here before and was satisfied with the food (4 stars). Today I found it greasy/oily and aged; rescooped and restacked under the heat lamps. I've gotten food from here twice: once me in person and the second was my boyfriend getting food. Both times - after specifically mentioning we are allergic to seafood and ordering the pork egg roll - we've been given shrimp rolls. When we went back, they said they couldn't refund us because our receipts said we had ordered those rolls. DO NOT recommend if you have allergies - they do not care. read more

I've given this place a few changes and I find it disappointing every time. The food is less than satisfactory.

The fountain drinks are awful, barely carbonated. The food was cold and tasteless, but the worst thing about Jade Garden is the older lady who waits tables. She left all our food on the table and wouldn't clear it, she kept giving my kids the wrong size cups even though she was asked multiple times to give them regular cups, not styrofoam! She pretends not to know any English, and if you ask her a question she gets really mad! Clearly the owner's wife, or she would be out of a job! Never going there again, worst experience ever! read more
