It's an ok shop. Nice sales lady, altho i could not hear her very well (very soft spoken). Shop is Limited to only firm, extra firm and super firm choices, with some that offer additional softer toppings. Price might be ok for people who like these types of mattresses, but I prefer a shop that's willing to have zippers on their Latex mattresses so I can look inside. I also prefer to see updated certifications. The one on their wall is dated 2018! I doubt any of these mattresses are organic, but then organic is just two steps beyond regular natural latex processes... so only for those who wish to pay more for "proof" that there aren't any chemicals. Bottom line, I discovered a couple great online shops that don't charge tax, offer free delivery, and super custom options, plus all other qualifies I look for in a company and latex mattresses , plus these are less expensive than anywhere else. The lady who picked up the phone was very nice. There's limited parking and it's very narrow right on Beach Blvd. The lady who gave my mom the pillow was so sweet and kind. They have blankets and pillows too not just mattresses. Their pillows are sooooo good. It's like sleeping on a cloud with the material that's inside. I don't normally leave reviews, but I hope this will someone else avoid the same mistake I made. Caution : I lost a lot of money at Happy2EZ!! Heres why I feel like I was shyster'd out of my money. I bought a pillow top from Happy2EZ and it sunk in the middle within a few months, It was one of their more expensive mattress. I called the owner Tracy and I explained this to her and she acted very helpful at first, but also made jokes that Americans were fat, and that the bed would not have sunk otherwise (We are maybe 15 pounds over weight each if that). This was really just her way of putting the blame on us.. Again she made it sound like she would do anything to help her customers, but also is very money driven and so she would not return our money. She did grace us to trade the bed in, but made me pay $100 more to deliver it, even though the delivery charge was only $50, so I was happy to get that. (same bed she said they would custom make one for us, you know heavier people). I was reluctant and expressed this to her, so she verbally guaranteed me if it happened again that she would take care of it, I asked for it in writing which she agreed, but i could never get her to actually put it in writing. To no surprise we ended up having the same problem again, so I reluctantly called Tracy again to get help, this time we just could not get her to respond, I wrote her a certified letter, No Response. I finally walked into the store and she was there. She again played very hard ball, and made us feel bad for coming back again. After lots of talking she finally offered to exchange it one last time but for an upgrade. (we had to spend more money). We opted to do this only because we felt that we had already lost our butts on the whole deal. We should have just left the mattress there and called it a loss, but instead we thought the upgraded might finally give us the luxury bed we always hoped for. Another $500 more...Ugghh it definitely was not an upgrade, and instead it was a rock! Now after only a short few months, we are done, we bought a new Mattress from Sam's club where you can return it for any reason without a hassle and get your money back if you need to. We have only slept on it for a few nights, but are very happy with it. I am so sad that we lost thousands of dallors of our hard earned money just trying to get a good nights sleep. This has been very expensive mistake. I know That Tracy reads every one of her yelp reviews, if the store really wants a good reputation of being good and fair, then she knows how to get a hold of me to reconcile this, but if not, you will still be able to see this review! These guys gave me really good service. I went in on a whim after deciding to start looking for a new mattress. The Temper Pedic was recommended to me and I saw they are a Temper Pedic dealer so I stopped by. They have a nice showroom that you can't miss on Beach Blvd in Westminster. Nice guy, low pressure AND he showed me a Temper Pedic CLONE they sell that IS the same thing. I sat on half a dozen real ones....then on their different Clone ones....and you CAN'T tell the difference. I think the Chinese copied them or something....but they are the same. Ended up buying on AND they give the same 90 day money back guarantee. I did end up bringing it back.....NOT because of anything they did or because of the quality of the set....just because I learned I really do prefer a quality pillow top mattress. I've bought 2 temperpedics mattresses here. And I must say their prices are great!! U won't be able to get these mattresses at these prices. Delivery is next day! I've recommended them to everyone and they have all been satisfied. :) The reason for my 3 stars.. As I've said I've bought multiple mattresses here. The last time my temperpedics pillows that come with my mattress was not in. So I had to wait for them to arrive. Well I called every week for 3 weeks and they said they'll call me when they come in. Well on the 4 th week no call!! Finally I called them and they told me my specific request did not arrive. And I could select different pillows. This wouldn't bother me except no one called me to let me know any of this! Communication after the fact could use work. But the price, product and delivery initially was awesome. My husband and I bought our first mattress with them 11yrs (yes way over due and lasted that long!) ago and we loved it so much. Now we're here for another great mattress. Great service! Great deals! I recommend bringing cash for better discounts. I went here about a month ago unknowingly that I was going to buy a memory foam mattress. The only reason why I was there in the first place was bc one of my friends wanted to buy one and since the deal was so good I bought one myself. I was able to get the two memory foam mattresses the same day and since it was vacuumed packed, it easily fit in my little sedan. :) At the time they didn't have the pillows that I wanted and just asked us to come back later and that they would still give me a discount for the pillows for buying a mattress. I came back a month later and just mentioned the name that bought the mattress. 6 years ago, Happy 2 EZ was a trustworthy store for everyone to buy mattresses and pillows for family and relative, also refer to friends. However, Happy 2EZ had changed to the new owner. Their mattresses and pillows are poor qualities. Their services also like communist in Vietnam. I think if you are in America with cheated in commerce style, sell poor quality products and trick onto obedience that will not be accepted or welcome for Vietnamese in America. Staff was super friendly. I got a mattress and a bed frame a couple months ago. I just came back and bought another mattress for my mom. The mattress is super good quality and it helped with my back pain a lot. I recommend the premium latex royal. The staff wore masks and if you want to lay on the mattress to test and see how comfortable it is they have a sheet for every person that wants to test out the mattress so no need to worry about germs. Memory foam and latex mattresses are great investments. I've been sleeping very well throughout the night on my new queen-sized medium-firm memory foam bed. It is quite shocking to see how much of a difference it is already making my life. Always coming to work refreshed and I've been hanging out more at home on my awesome bed (not sure if that's a good thing). Got the parents the firm latex mattress because my mom has lower back problems and she is feeling much better! My dad has also been sleeping well. The prices are very reasonable. Excellent policy where they'll replace your mattress if it sinks up to 2 inches within 10 years. You have to hold onto your receipt, though. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
