The firmness was just right and the softness of the material is very nice. We wanted to replace the couch because the material of the original was no longer available. So we went with ordering the same length couch but in a material that will compliment the love seat. The customer service is great. It made for ordering our couch quick and easy as well. I'm excited to get our new sofa. The quality is good. Comfortable enough for us and our 3 large fur babies. The place is spacious with a selection of styles to select from on the floor. They also have books of sofas and tables to look through. They have plenty of material to select from too so come and check them out and allow ample time for looking at samples. Very shady businessman...I caution all who bought mattresses 3 yrs ago from here to remove your covers and double check (esp.if you paid $600) for egg-crate foam and also keep your receipts! Way to go Johnny...how do you sleep at night knowing you rip off innocent customers like this? Taking advantage of people's hard earned money like that and no apology or simply exchange it?? Michael was extremely friendly and helpful in helping us find the right mattress set. We then noticed he had furniture catalogs as well which were identical to the products we were just looking at. He guaranteed he would beat all the pricing and give us a good package deal. We paid less than what we would have paid for all the furniture (Dining set, Cal King mattress set, lift up coffee table set with side table). Michael then hand delivered our mattress within days to my house and then on a separate delivery brought a helper and put together a the furniture on site. I couldn't have asked for a nicer gentlemen and better service and price. I will be back later to shop for more furniture. I highly recommend iMattress to anyone not willing to pay retail price and if anything, have Michael give you a quote, it doesn't hurt to see if he can beat prices.
