They delivered it the following day during a light rain and had the furniture covered, covered our floors and placed them in the rooms we wanted. Very respectful, courteous and clean. Owners wouldn't work with a return I tried doing the day after purchasing. Got slapped with a 250 dollar restocking fee even though the furniture I had initially bought was opened boxed. They charged $20 for delivery, on top of a not so great deal. We bought it anyway because of time constraints, so we didn't much time to look elsewhere. They came later that night to deliver our order. After opening the box, we realized they gave us the wrong color. Called, them, delivery people picked it back up, and instead of fixing the problem by going back to the distributor they are making us wait 2 days before coming back. What a waste of time. read more

Since I couldn't find what I wanted inside her store, she showed me what they could provide through their furniture catalog, which had a huge selection of items and I was able to find exactly what I wanted. I live close to the store so the delivery was free and assembly was only $20 (compared to $100+ Living Spaces would charge)! The dining room set is made of wood (dark brown), simple style and good quality. The room divider is 6ft tall Japanese style and in bamboo color. Also in good quality. I was able to get both for $400 (including tax and assembly fee), which big corporation furniture companies would've charged for just the dining set alone (excluding taxes, delivery and assembly charges). I'm extremely happy with my purchase from Nice Furniture plus as a bonus I was able to help out a small business so it was a win-win! Worst possible customer service, purchased drawers on Sunday, was told delivery Monday morning at 10, called store at 11. Told them to deliver after 3 pm. They decide to deliver at 1 when no one is home and delivery guy is rude and blames me. Called store and lady blames me for non delivery and I have I pick it up myself. Well fuck you cuz I'm canceling the sale, learn to keep your delivery times and listen when a customer specifies a time for delivery. Went back to cancel transaction and Sandy calls me and my friend assholes in vietnamese, unfortunately for her my friend was Vietnamese and he told her off.
