Too bad zero stars isn't an option! I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the…read morecustomer service I have received regarding the registration of our 2017 team. Hopefully this will help the owner train their managers in customer service. I registered and paid for our team over a month ago and have been trying to contact the organization for the past two weeks. Despite leaving multiple messages, I did not receive a call back from anyone. Finally, on Monday, I spoke with a staff member (who was there working during spring break only) who said she could not assist me directly but would pass along my information for a return call. When I still had not heard back after two days, I called again today. I was informed that the spring schedule was already underway. I clarified that the schedule was supposed to begin this weekend and provided my name. The representative then saw my message and explained that there were not enough teams signed up in the 2017 division. Had I been informed of this sooner, I would have requested that our team be placed in the 2016 division or asked for a refund to explore other options. I spoke with Isahia, the manager, who was very apologetic but stated that he could not resolve the issue. As of now, I have not heard from the Director Daniel. Now I get the pleasure of telling 12 sets of parents that there will be no league for the boys this spring.

For the absurd amount of money I had to pay for my young son to play in his flag football league in this facility... I have a right to expect WAYYYY more than what was received. They opened super premature!! All the fans/parents have basically been sitting on the floor or bringing our own chairs. They currently have a "one parent per player" policy which leaves all other relatives and spectators waiting for them to get their camera system up an running... a promised amenity that I'm not holding my breathe for. As far as the poor design... all the "stands" enter and exit all into one area at the entrance exit so anytime a game is letting out its complete chaos. In the middle of this poorly designed chaos... the staff is either ignorant or belligerent. Today I saw one of the "staff" people named "Christian" (who's mom apparently runs the place) yell at a coach for opening a door to help keep his players safe. Apparently Christian was in charge of opening the door and was not happy that someone overstepped his authority. He was so passive aggressive in yelling at the coach. I was embarrassed for him and upset that he didn't see that the coach was looking out for the safety of the young boys. Overall... save your money and go find another place to play... or rather... don't play at all and put your money in the garbage... it would be a better investment. I will never have any of my kids associated with any league that chooses to play here again. Such a waste of money.

Drive Nation - $45 to get in to a kids basketball game....

I like that the admission prices have been listed on the doors prior to entry. The front is a bit small and can get congested easily but it's well payed out in regards to the flow of traffic coming in and out. There's Drive Nation apparel and accessories for sale in the front also. On entry into the arena, there's very clean multi stall restrooms (at lest the women's restroom is multi stall, I can't be sure about the men's room lol). Each court number is well labeled and visible. Scoreboards are easily visualized and there's small TVs in between each court with ads about the various sporting events that takes place at there arena. There's a confession stand with a wide variety of food and beverage options (including beer and wine). I've enjoyed the basketball tournaments here and would only suggest that there are nets in between each court so as to aide in the prevention of various balls flying into other games.

They have the standard metal three row benches but they can become uncomfortable after viewing multiple games. The food court food is decent but overpriced and took about 20 mins for my chicken tenders. The DJ tho was very good! He was playing a lot of hits and commentating on the games and made it more Interactive. It's somewhat clean but people constantly leave their trash on the bleachers. It's probably like that because there's no trash cans near the courts beside the food court. But overall it's good for families to come and watch some games, a lot of good talent out there

The instructors and the trainers are top-notch! They are very well trained and totally love what they do. Every single class that I attend, couldn't be any better! The staff care so much about presenting a clean and perfect gym! it is so nice when you can have an all in one gym with a life spa and a life café! I use it all! Unfortunately, the basketball courts are consistently treated as repurposable "shared space" for camps, birthday parties, and other non-basketball programming, while other dedicated areas like pickleball, yoga, and cycle studios maintain far more protected use. Ruthie Cooper, Lead General Manager, also stated that as of May 22, the courts will be reserved for Summer Camp from 7am to 6pm daily, plus a 15-minute grace period, further limiting member access. The courts themselves are often poorly maintained and not cleaned to the standard expected from a premium club. Many long-time basketball members have voiced concerns, but access continues to shrink despite strong and consistent participation. While local staff have been professional in communication, the overall handling of basketball member needs has been disappointing and does not reflect the experience many of us believed we were paying for.
