We are thrilled at the simplicity to set our sick and vacation days in advance online. (This allows us to makeup classes after the fact with ease and so that other members can enjoy their makeup days on the classes we cannot attend.) Their monthly 'Parents Nights Out' (First Saturday of every month) are the talk of the town as well!

As a former gymnast I know what I want to do when I go there, so I can be autonomous and the coaches let me play around. My fiance needs a little more guidance, and he gets all the spotting and coaching he needs. It's a really fun way to get some exercise. Unfortunately the class lasts only an hour and is a bit pricey, costing me $25 per 1-hour session or $75/month for one day per week only. (The coaches do let you come in early though). But it's the best gym in the north DFW area offering gymnastics to adults so I'll take what I can get.

Not only that, but we had our 6 year old's birthday party here and it exceeded our expectations! The hosts were absolutely phenomenal with the kids. Great energy, everybody had a blast, and they take care of everything so you as the parent can just relax and take pictures. I let it slide several times because I figured they have to be exposed to unkindness in order to grow. Well today was absolutely enough. Kate threatened my daughter with screaming at her if she continued to cough. My daughter spent the rest of her time there holding her breath in order to not cough and get an aggressive reaction from Kate. Today my daughter also decided to wear her pajama bottoms to class. Kate called her, a. 6 year old innocent child...poor and broke. What kind of person who is supposed to be trained to work with children behaves this way? Well apparently Kate and she is fully endorsed and supported by the owner, Rina Nicole Hale. I tried reaching out to her to get assurance that this would not happen to another child again and she simply ignored and blocked me. When my daughters let me know what happened I went back inside to withdraw them. Enough was enough. I was calm when speaking with the manager, Kala because she wasn't the aggressor who hurt my daughters feelings. But I was still met with aggression and hostility from Kala. She laughed in my face and tried gaslighting me. Saying no one has ever had a problem with Kate. In between loud annoyed sighs and groans she gave me the worst service. I even asked her why she was behaving that way. I asked for the owners contact information and she said, no one has time for you. I later found out Kala and the owner Rina are best friends so absolutely no disciplinary actions will take place. No customer relations will be mended. After spending so much money on this business we were met with some of the worst treatment we've ever experienced. Please save your children the heartache and save yourself the money. They are not kind people. They do not know how to treat children. They have absolutely no class. They do not know the first thing about customer service.

This is JUST a review based on attending birthday parties here. Since our original visit, the lawyers got a hold of this place. This didn't affect the kids' fun very much, but it did but a little damper on us adults and made the place feel more uptight. Last time we had multiple people in our party hurt themselves, which, hey, was because when adults try to do crazy kid stuff on trampolines... that sort of thing can happen. Nobody sued because our group is cool like that, but it was notably more uptight this time. I can't really blame the place for making this move, but I'm just being honest - last time it was super fun and this time it was... a more typical experience with more rules. So... ya know... Other minus one star: they have recycle bins that are a joke. I'm the guy who snags water bottles sitting neatly on top of the rest of the trash and transfers them to the recycle bin. Here, I found out that their recycle bins are a joke. Literally. They're just more trash cans with labels to make people feel good, thinking they're recycling when they're not. As someone who goes out of their way to not be wasteful, this genuinely pissed me off. Either recycle or don't. Don't lie to me about it. I'm happy to throw plastic bottles in the back of the car to recycle at home. Don't put out "recycle" bins to make me unwittingly trash something that's perfectly recyclable. The kids had a great time, just like the first birthday party I attended here. I think it'd still be a good place to have kids' birthday parties, if you go in knowing there are plenty of rules, etc. But this time I left with a sour taste in my mouth.

After we said we can show our emails they refuse to do any adjustments and keep demanding a payment for the whole month . When they said our 2 boys have to leave a class , if we don't make a payment for the whole month , it was not about money anymore its just show you real face and your bad attitude to our kids .

They handled most everything for us. All you have to do is bring a poster, cake , food and snacks and drinks. They set up the tables and put the poster up and they provided tablecloths. We brought our own cutlery and they set that up for us. They were so amazing with the kids. All the kids at the party had a great time! Highly recommend this place for your kid's birthday party! This is also a great space for a baby shower or any other adult party where you have kids and want them to be occupied. The gym is spacious and so is the waiting area. Beautiful space! And make sure you tip generously.
