We were in Fayetteville visiting and looking for a treat for the little people, so stopped in as a family of 6. I didn't know what to expect but these rolls are truly decadent! They are layered and loaded with all types of sauces and toppings that make them the equivalent of those over-the-top milkshakes in cinnamon roll form. We had 6 different rolls and all were good but extra sweet. Our teenagers usually love sweets but even they said it was too sweet. You can see which ones we tried based on our pictures. Overall, the inside is clean. There are only two tables that each seat two people so it's mostly a carry out business. The restroom was out of service so we ended up having to take the toddlers across the street to Panera for a post-roll potty emergency. read more

I loved the cinnaholic treats I bought! I finally tried it out about a month ago and I was majorly satisfied. I tried the chocolate chip cookie, a snickerdoodle, and the cinnamon bun with fruit on top of it. Everything was chefs kiss! I ate those cookies in 1 sitting on accident--but I think they were pretty low in calories surprisingly--Still DELICIOUS. Can't wait to come back this weekend with my boyfriend. read more

Cinnamon roll was good but not made to my expectations. My roll looked nothing like the display & had 4 extra small pieces of oreo looked as if she took one cookie & quartered it. Customer service was very poor. She had a head piece on in both ears & she kept saying huh. Asked her what was on certain rolls and she seemed as if she was irritated when explaining. She was working by herself as well. She took the order then the payment. Then she made with order NO hand washing afterwards but she did used gloves. I remember one time recently I bought a brownie from this place while waiting for my phone to get fixed next door & the only reason why I walked in was because I was the sticker on the door "seen on shark tank" long story short? Worst brownie I've ever put in my mouth & I will be honest & admit I do make some pretty horrible brownies but cinnaholic? Took the brownie fasure. Side note, the food in Fayetteville sucks so bad like every restaurant omg this city is sad don't worry im bouta get up outta this state it lacks common sense & the capacity to drive like normal beings & we can't forget about the lack of capacity of cooking.. My wife and 3 friends went on day 2 of the opening of the Fayetteville store! Here is her review: We arrived at 10:30 and the line wasn't too bad for a new store. Around 11:00 it did go out the door a little. (The manager who came out to help direct the line said on the first day 2/23/24, the line wrapped around the building in the rain! But hey, they were offering the buns for a $2 promo!) The staff are pretty friendly. For a busy day like today, we felt like their system of writing orders on the boxes slowed things down. This system probably works on any regular day. One of my friend's order got skipped when one of the staff members had stepped out of the assembly line and I guess no one wrote her order on boxes. When she ended waiting past her time in the pickup line, they insisted someone must have picked up her order. No, only one other order had been made in that time and she had been standing there the whole time. (Reason for 4 stars) Your order comes out nice and warm and doesn't necessarily look like the menu pictures but that's because it begins to melt right away into the ooey gooey heap of deliciousness! One friend and I shared a strawberries and cream there and were very happy! Yum! We all ordered extra buns to take home to our spouses and they do reheat nicely. Seating inside? The are only 2 tables with 2 chairs each. Maybe to make room for an anticipated line for the grand opening? I would hope in the future there would be a few more seats inside (only room for a few) and a few outside. Folks, please beware this business is purposely making treats so good and so addicting it's probably not good for my health. Good lord I returned two days later for more. My Doctor will represent me next visit. Cinnabon with light on the toping for Me. Very Berry Lemon cake to die for. Today the Pumpkin Cake on the counter a must too. The girls are just adorable with outstanding customer service. I recently arrived 3 nights ago from California and I highly recommend this business so you can have your Doctor earn his pay. My first experience with this specialty dessert bakery left the wife and I wanting more! The staff were cordial amd efficient! We ordered an apple fritter cinnaholic roll and a custom roll. I think they are Da Bomb and my wife says they are hands down way better than Cinnabon rolls! And the place looks like a cool boutique bakery and is very inviting! read more
