I won't have the opportunity to rate anyone but the one person I spoke with when attempting to schedule my appointment. It was obvious that she was apathetic, overworked, and just going through the motions... It's July. I'm a new patient, but the first available isn't until October? Three months? I go through the motions and give my info, but something piques my interest while looking on the website where I got the phone number. There's no mention of insurance... So I ask, do you accept vision insurance (VSP)? They quickly answer that they don't - but do accept health insurance. So that's a no from me. I've never seen an eye doctor that doesn't accept VSP. This just doesn't make sense to me. If the receptionist actually sounded like she cared I may have given them another star - maybe. But I'll never know what their care is like, at least until they accept VSP. I gave them a star for answering the phone, answering the questions, and having a great website that had a lot of information. read more

I love my doctor here, and the staff and facilities are great, but the amount of time I end up having to wait every single time I go here is RIDICULOUS! It's normal to spend 2-3 hours waiting, AFTER your appointment time, before actually seeing a doctor. I'd forgive this if it only happened once or twice, but it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I have an appointment, and has been the case for a few years now. While this may be fine for some people, it's nearly impossible (if not completely impossible) for someone like me who works. I don't have that kind of time to cut out of my work day, and as such, much as I hate to leave my doctor here, I think I'm going to have to. read more

I see Dr Paul Harton and he is fabulous All the staff are very cordial and efficient. They all work so well together. I will say there is one Dr there who is kind of on the abrupt side. He's good at what he does but "warm and fuzzy" works better for me. I wish the person who did not give a good rating would try someone else there because they are very very thorough and I feel you get the best of care. read more

Bad service. I went there a little over a year ago, and after being talked down to by the doctor, I thought I might not go back there again. The staff was fine, but the doctor's bedside manner was lacking any finesse. Now, not quite 1.5 years later, I've been on the phone with them and they're refusing to fax my prescription to an eyeglass place. Their story is that it's been over a year... Yet the doctor explicitly told me he didn't want to see me again for 2 years. You do the math. read more
