Sadly, I didn't take pictures. Bella Vista Farms is tucked away in the farm fields of Dixon, CA. I would never have known this place was there, except by attending a wedding. There were approximately 100+ people, and they were still able to fit a dance floor and a bridal party table. They had an event tent setup outside to create a lobby area where they served the food, desserts, and open bar. It did get a little wet out there as it was pouring down rain. You have to walk outside to get to the restrooms, so we did get wet. Still a good venue with ample parking. The outside area has string lights, surrounded by tall privacy plants and all white iceberg roses. Very pretty area.

Goal complete. Did I have fun and enjoy my sons birthday? No The girls there had 0 control over the party. I constantly had to use my adult voice making me an unfun parent and host because the girl running our party had no voice, she didn't command these kids to do anything and they ran all over the girls working that day. Also, when I booked I was told that I'd only have to pay half upfront and half the day of in case we didn't have as many kids as we originally planned. The invoice they sent was for the full party amount. I emailed them asking questions with no response. They knew about my email because when I brought it up they said oh yeah I saw that! Well we will just refund you if needed.... Ok fine but don't tell me you're going to take half now and half later then. The slime is already made by the girls, your kids get to choose the type of slime they want to play with, a scent and a mix in. They do not make the slime themselves. You DO NOT need a 2 hour party. I was told they had games and stuff to do with the kids but the ladies I worked with for my sons party besides the host never left the counter and it felt like they had no structure to a party at all. My son had fun and had a good day that's all that matters, but bring your own back up because you'll be doing most of the work and you won't enjoy your time and kiss your kid doing their own slime because your busy controlling the party. One they make the slime there literally wasn't anything else for them to do.

I thought they would be more established bathrooms since they advertise for corporate events and weddings, but they are still portables. They are the really nice deluxe portables though and not out houses thank God. The staff is fine. Some seem to be just kids and don't know what they're doing but I guess they mean well. I understand that in order to stay open and thrive. They really have to enforce rules and be stickers about things. It was a fun day... Held on the Solano Community College campus, the event offers ample parking and shuttle service to the venue entrance, ensuring convenient access for attendees that's onsite and easy walking distance. The festival features two stages: the main stage and the North stage, located opposite the field. Premium tickets, priced at $165, include a reserved chair in front of the main stage, while VIP tickets at $250 offer a reserved chair at the Main and North stage and access to a dedicated food and bar area under the tent on the east side. General admission allows attendees to bring blankets or beach chairs to enjoy the performances comfortably on the field. No umbrellas! Food options included six food trucks offering a variety of cuisines such as boba tea, barbecue chicken, pizza, and more, with a designated tent for dining. There were also three beer and wine vendors; notably, the event supports disadvantaged youth in Solano County. When patrons purchase a $15 beer, they contribute to the "Pathway to College Program". However, the event did not have a local brewery sponsor, and the available beers included Stella, Elysium, and 805, and Ultra. The new artist country music lineup was impressive but could benefit from additional major headliners. An extra tent by the bleachers and mechanical bull offered a line dancing class and additional shade. What makes this event great is the location! It's right off a major freeway, on a spacious campus with parking, ample room for additional seating, vendors, and food trucks. Despite the 88 degree weather the Fairfield wind made for perfect weather conditions. A heartfelt thank you to all the volunteers whose efforts made this event possible. We look forward to seeing Vineyard Jam return next year, bigger and better!

Their tacos, quesa tacos, and quesadillas are SO good! My friend hired them for her birthday party in Fairfield for 2 hours and we could not get enough. I was so full after my first plate but wanted more! They have a whole chips and salsa and condiments cart along with their order up for fresh tacos, quesadillas and other options! You can also get rice and beans too. It was definitely a hit. The two staff working were so nice, friendly, and patient with us! At the end they also give you all of the leftover meats and food and pack it up for you too. What a way to make an event enjoyable and all in one! They're super friendly and professional, not to mention the food was really good. I attached a photo of them and their setup (with their approval, of course). I hired them for my small engagement party about 30 adults and everyone raved about how good their food was. I still have guests talking about their food. The server told us they operate out of a food truck. So the menu is limited. But what they make is really good! We ordered the lemonade, chicken and waffles, huevos rancheros divorciados, and the strawberry champagne sherbet. Service was very prompt! The actual menu in-person had a couple items that aren't on the sample menu including a couple more dessert options like fig ice cream. We really liked everything we tried! The portions were pretty good. If coming here for food I'd recommend getting here early since food trucks have limited capacity. You're welcome to stroll around the property both the flower farm and the inn side before or after your meal. The parking situation is a gravel lot. So it may not be the most handicap accessible place. We had a lot of fun stopping by Park Winters. They were setting up for a wedding so the inn side would have been closed for the event starting at 1pm. The check also came with a small map of the property for you to keep. This was very helpful in exploring the property. The only caveat is this is the countryside. Wear long pants or be prepared with insect repellent! Even at 10am in the summer my legs were bitten by mosquitoes. (Type O blood. Mosquito magnet here.) I'd like if they burned some citronella candles to help with mosquitoes. The rest of the dining venue was so thoughtfully designed including timed misters (like at theme parks) to help keep the area cool. Definitely check it out if you're curious or in the area.
