When I went to drop the car off, the same lot only had a few vehicles in it- they had fixed and completed the work on most all of them that week. The bumper mount screws have been damaged, which made super loose. I used duct tape to hold together until I reached the body shop. My first interactions with Ricky has been honest and humble. He inspected the damage and gave me rundown what type of repair phases this is going to be. Mostly going to be alignment with bumper bracket and painting the replacement bumper. The bumper not repairable and went with replacement. After confirming with the quote matched with insurance check, he went extra mile to re-attach my loose bumper to be secured until the replacement arrived. Provided peace of mind and I removed the duct tape holding the bumper. Called-in after he got the bumper replacement arrived and painted. Brought into the shop and performed the repair in an hour. Seeing the aftermath looks pretty good. I opened up the hood to see the mount bracket been fixed and secured. The bumper alignment looks identical.

Every shop I spoke with said the same thing: the paint was done incorrectly, most likely outside, and nowhere near industry standards. To make matters worse, parts of my bumper were glued together even though I brought every component separately and had already test-fit everything myself. There was absolutely no reason for anything to be glued, and now the repair is even more complicated. Because of the poor workmanship, I'm now paying more than double the original cost just to fix the mistakes and get the bumper done the right way. Based on my experience, I would not trust this shop with your car. The quality, care, and professionalism simply weren't there.

I called many times, and finally someone picked up the call and told me to email some photos. On the phone, he also mentioned that the schedule was like at least two months ahead. I was willing to wait, so I emailed the photos. Since then, despite many follow-ups by emails and calls, no response from them at all. I had to give up and turned to other auto body shops for help. This year, my teenage son drive my car and rear ended someone else, so insurance company referred this place to me as it's the closest one to my house. Although I could find my own body shop and get the reimbursement later, I decided not to deal with the insurance company directly to save some work. Therefore, I finally gave this place a try. This time, with some heads-up from the insurance company to the business, someone picked up the phone call right away and already had all my vehicle and insurance information. I was able to get an appointment within a week for an estimate. The estimated price was a bit higher than I had expected, but with insurance company's scrutiny, the price came down. After the estimate was approved by the insurance company, they were able to schedule me for the repair in two weeks. In fact, this happened just right after the big power outage that caused delays, so it was much faster than I had expected. It took about more than two weeks to complete due to some delay in the parts, which I could totally understand and wouldn't complain. In the middle of repair, they found other issues not covered under the insurance and notified me immediately. The price was a bit high, so with some negotiation, they were willing to work with me to honor a lower rate, which I appreciated very much. Throughout the entire process, Sergey did a great job in communication. When I went to pick up my car, I saw a beautiful work done on my car. Plus, they did a car wash, not only exterior but also interior. I felt like getting a new vehicle after the repair. I would definitely recommend this place.
