Because we had a large delivery of nearly $2,000 worth of items, we paid extra for delivery. After they dropped everything off and took off we realized that they pulled and delivered multiple incorrect items. The items were correct on the receipt, but they simply brought the wrong stuff. Everyone makes mistakes and if they had come out and made the exchange with the corrected items it would have been fine, but they refused. We really tried. We talked with the manager, the driver, the guys we placed the order with, but they would not come back out to replace. They made us go back in there to make the exchanges. We had to borrow a truck and get everything incorrectly dropped off loaded into the truck and make the journey ourselves to make the exchange. No one was happy about this on our end. We lost time and we lost money when the workers had nothing to do because Smith Supply dropped off the wrong materials. This is really poor business and we all decided it was our last time purchasing from this company for any of our future projects or needs. We did not find them honest nor anyone we would want to buy from again. There are too many great companies to buy from and this was a really negative experience for all of us.

They always show their Texas charm and helpful ways to complete a project. Not one time in twenty years have I got any lip from any of the employees for not knowing what I was needing for a job I wasn't sure I could even do. The owner Mr. Smith taught them well and must be keeping them happy too since they seem very content in their work. It is the #1 place I go to for hen scratch, plumbing supplies, fencing and look forward every spring for vegetable plants to mull over. We tried everything to fix it - the job was too big to use rollers and we needed the sprayer to finish on time. We said oh no! what are we going to do??? My brother had his sprayer fixed by EAH in Round Rock last time this happened but he had to wait for three weeks for it to be fixed and it cost too much money. It was 1 pm in the afternoon and we went to Sherwin Williams to ask if they know anybody who can fix it fast. They told us go to TRS - Ted's Repair Service because it is nearby here in Austin and they said maybe Ted can help us. Erica is the office lady at TRS and she is very nice. She told us they have alot of repair customers and can't fix it for one or two weeks. OH NO!!!!!!! :-( We told Erica that we really needed it fixed today. She said she wants to help us and she asked if we could pay a little more for them to fix it today. We said YES! PLEASE! we need it fixed FAST so we can finish the job! She told us don't worry Ted will help us and she will call me after Ted looks at it. We were still worried that she would not call us and we will not finish painting on time but she was right we did not have to worry. She called us like 20 minutes after we dropped off the paint sprayer and told us that Ted can fix it and how much it will cost.. The repair was the same thing that EAH did last time and my brother thinks that EAH charged too much and probably didn't fix it right. Even though we paid more money to get it fixed faster at TRS they were STILL cheaper than EAH and they fixed it in 3 hours instead of 3 weeks. Erica called us back again like one hour later and said to come get the paint sprayer because Ted finished the repairs and it is ready. My brother very happy because we finished painting the house on time and the owners liked our paint job and they were happy too. We want to tell all of the painters if they don't know where to take their paint sprayers. You should take your sprayer to Ted's Repair Service. They are cheap. They are fast. They are nice and they helped us BIG TIME. They are in Austin if you are in Austin. Even if you are in Round Rock, you should go to Ted's Repair Service because they are the best.

When my business permanently closed due to forced retirement in May 2024, all gas tanks returned. Found over-billing for #8 gas tanks (nitrous oxide, oxygen) that we never had. We had #13 tanks from 2009-2024 but billed rent for #21 tanks; # tanks billed increased over time; more than $7000 over-billed over 18 yrs. We only had storage tanks holders for #13 tanks! Attempted direct communication assuming honest mistake- poor response to phone calls, letters, email. Owner David denied then attacked asking for even more payment from us for 8 tanks that do not exist. Review of our invoices, delivery sheets proved one nitrous oxide tank error and start of when total # oxygen tanks started increasing. David agreed on nitrous oxide error but no reimbursement, no response until invoices received 10/9/2024 for monthly tank rentals June-Sept for #8 tanks we never had. Charges even includes the one nitrous oxide tank that David admitted error on. Ongoing nightmare even to stop billing for ghost tanks. Do not get ripped off like my company! Just AVOID!

I made it very clear during the sales process that these were non-negotiable for me. In fact, I was already prepared to purchase a Bullfrog spa from another dealer but decided to stop here before making my final decision. HUGE MISTAKE!!!!  Unfortunately, I now know the salesperson misrepresented key facts in order to close the sale. After working with the service department six times over the past year, it has become clear that Dimension One has severe reliability issues (and has for a long time) and is no longer a viable brand. I've since learned the company is bankrupt and widely regarded as one of the worst options in the industry for the very criteria I emphasized during my purchase, and was known by the salesman.  I have owned this spa for over a year, and for the last six months it has not functioned properly at all. This is not a reflection of the service department, who have been professional and responsive. The issue is that I was sold a defunct product by a salesperson who knew the true condition of the brand. I regret trusting the information I was given and feel misled or defrauded into purchasing a product that does not align with what was promised. I strongly encourage potential buyers to do extensive research and proceed with caution before purchasing from this business.

We purchased a Dimension One spa from A-Tex, but our experience with them following that has been…read morenegative. When our spa cover, which we'd purchased new along with the spa, needed replacement after being damaged in a hailstorm, we ordered a replacement cover, but the salesman wrote incorrect instructions on the order form, resulting in a cover that didn't fit our spa. My wife spoke with the manager Chris, who said he would speak with the manufacturer and look for solutions. When we hadn't heard back from A-Tex for a week and a half, we decided to order a replacement cover from another vendor. Just before we were about to place the order, Chris phoned informing us that our "new cover" was in and ready for delivery, and asked us to pay half the cost. We told A-Tex that as long as they'd had the cover fabricated we would accept it, but would not pay for the new cover since it was fully covered by our insurance company. A-Tex agreed to this as long as we would pay a $75 delivery charge in cash. When the replacement cover was delivered, the first thing A-Tex's delivery people did was cut the old spa cover in half. The new cover turned out to be only half as thick and heavy as the first cover. Since the original cover was destroyed, we had no choice but to pay the $75 delivery fee and accept the replacement. When my wife spoke with our salesman and with Chris about these issues, Chris was extremely rude and said, "You've already taken enough of my time and I'm not talking to you any more" and hung up on her. Every step of the way, A-Tex's staff has been unresponsive, careless, deceptive and rude with us. We eventually brought the matter to the attention of our credit card company, disputing the charges on the basis of fraud.
