The grill accessories are front and center about thirty feet from the entrance and the is an impressive variety of grilling supplies - I'm a man so of course I had to do some window shopping even though the lump charcoal was neatly stacked directly in front of me, what could of been a two minute visit turned into twenty. I had several people recommend B & B Texas Style Oak Lump Charcoal over time so after looking online and seeing that it was in stock here I decided to make a trip to grab a twenty pound bag since it is the closes Ace Hardware to my home. Like others have stated the store seems a bit disorganized but with all the help on the floor I doubt it would be difficult to locate anything they stock. So why only 4-stars, well the checkout process although extremely friendly and staffed by two cashiers was extremely slow - I think I was 6-8 people back when I lined up and it took quite sometime to pay for the one item and get on my way. This way my first time stopping in but definitely won't be my last - this place is filled with almost anything hardware you can imagine. He was able to give me the supplies I needed to make a seamless repair, quite different experience that you receive in a big box store most of the time. I cancelled an Installation Service Contract with Lowe's on April 2, 2026 and followed all the…read morenecessary steps required by the contract terms and conditions. I was expecting a refund check in 10 days. Lowe's then proceeded to violate their own terms and conditions by issuing a partial refund, in the form of store credit cards and sent these to the wrong address. As of today, I have been unable to get a date certain for the corrective refund as they scramble to correct the errors they caused by their inefficiency and obvious lack of training on their internal procedures. I should not be penalized for their violating the terms of our contract and the governing Florida law.
