Quite some time back they took out all the lights in the small tools section so now you cannot see anything when looking through those aisles especially at small print on sockets or drill bits etc, but whatever... Yesterday I went in to purchase a new shower head. A relatively simple task except the assortment they used to have on display is about 1/3 of what it once was and the actual inventory even less than that. The one shower head I actually liked and wanted to purchase was displayed with a QR code to purchase "ONLINE ONLY". This is not only ridiculous I mean because I intend to walk out of the store with a part in my hand, but downright stupid. If I have to purchase an item online and have it delivered I am going to use Amazon to get it cheaper and delivered faster which BTW is EXACTLY what I did. I went home, did a quick search, clicked a couple buttons and now Amazon is reaping the benefits of Home Depot not having my shower head in stock. Great business model Home Depot...

On the third attempt to get a key cut the man told me the regular key guy was on lunch and he couldn't cut the key after fumbling trough books and the key stock explained it was my third trip to your store to get the key cut and I was going to leave a review explaining the poor service I received and I would like his name, he wouldn't give me his name, I insisted I wanted his name for the review, he then said my name is "Bill". on my way out I asked the girl at the register if the guy at the key counters name was Bill and she said no it's "Mike" said he lied to me and said his name was BILL, she shook her head and said his name is Mike. I hope the owner gets to see this review. As a customer, I can go anywhere, I can get a key cut at Walmart or many other places. I chose to give you my business, and your employee was horrible and lied to me, trying to cover his piss poor work ethic. He should be fired.

There was a problem with everything they delivered. The cherry on top was that they stood us up in an empty house for 4 hours on Memorial Day, after sending texts and emails that they were coming. In fact, they woke us up at 6 AM reminding us of the delivery. We will NEVER again buy anything at Lowe's. This is ridiculous and very unsettling. Do something about it before you go bankrupt for not knowing how to treat your customers.

Although I live closer to Stone plus but I wasn't going to pay more then double the price. They charge $569. a yard for the same exact product. Also here's a tip when purchasing any stone from anywhere, be there when they fill the truck to make sure they are putting in a full yard. I have learned that if your not there they short you a little on each yard. Not saying Stone plus does this because I never purchased anything from them. But a little adds up. So make sure you get what you pay for.
