She coordinated meetings with her team and other suppliers as we worked through cabinets, flooring, countertops, doors, plumbing fixtures, interior and shingle colors. Everyone I spoke with at Foothills was extremely customer service oriented and knowledgeable. They were recommended as a resource by my contractor. It was great to have access to a great resource that was local to my area. They certainly made the process a pleasant experience.

I've…read morehad pretty good outcomes so far, most everything I've needed has been in stock but there has been a couple times when it wasn't or this location simply didn't carry an item I was looking for. I've found most staff to be polite and offer to help me without having to search for them or ask first. Michelle in plumbing really saved the day when searching for transition pieces. She knew exactly what was needed & where it was located. Staff in electrical have been very helpful as well. Prices are pretty standard for all stores so this location is no different. Product lines are consistent as well. I have no complaints about this store. I've never had a bad experience here. Returns are inevitable when you're unfitting old homes and CS Desk staff have always been polite and accommodating with me. I'll keep shopping here until my projects are completed.
