Additionally, they used paint stick to show the stain never really putting it on the piece of wood we brought. The person said if we have something that matches, we don't custom mix. The wood they put it on was not what we provided, and they never tried to match the sample. Then he said I can put it on the wood you brought to show you the match- right paint it on and we just say okay.... NOT!!! Poor customer service. Called another Sherwin Williams store in Bluffton and they will mix the stain to match.

He immediately took offense, interrupted us and said he would "prove to us that he knew what he was talking about and that he had 13 yrs experience ".
