I'm a first-time shed builder and had been gathering a lot of information using AI, I know, I know, but I use it mainly to get ideas then run them past those who have had experience in those fields. Wes (has considerable experience in construction) and asked me if I needed any help, so I told him what I was doing and needed some expert advice on a couple of things, and as usual, I was overthinking a lot of it. Wes simplified what I was attempting to accomplish and it all finally made perfect sense to me. I've waited 22 minutes today and asked twice. Sadly, the saw is broken at Lowe's or I would have gone there instead. The employees are aware this is an issue because the first one I asked sent out the request then told me good luck getting anyone to come. The other issue is 90% of the time, products are not in the aisle and bay where the app says they will be.
