Stopped on our way from Fayetteville to Dallas, VERY DELICIOUS breakfast sandwich. The two ladies up front were welcoming and cheerful, and quick with our entire order. Will be back! The owner might want to rethink the interior design; t-shirt kiosk in the center that we bumped into. Holes in the ceiling, to much tchotchke. This review is for the Location off Route 69 next to the Subway. I finally found a cool place! I was going to the Subway and saw this coffee shop. I was greeted warmly and decided lunch should be here. The interior is basic, modern, but not uninviting. I sat in this cute two person table next to the sofa and window . I had a breakfast bagel with meat and provolone cheese, coffee and coffee cake, and everything was just great, crazy good in fact, and get this...the price was more than fair. I have been looking for a very comfortable coffee shop in a sea of big box and other chain stores in this town, and it's here. Please go and give them business. read more

AMAZING customer service!!! Cannot stress that enough. Their cream cheese on an everything bagel lives up to the hype. The drinks are customizable so you get exactly what you want. Two things...Cold brew! And house cream cheese! They were very helpful and crafted a tasty carmelly iced drink for me this morning. Also the fresh everything bagel was nicely toasted and warm with a generous amount of that wonderful house cream cheese. Their bagel sandwiches are a favorite of mine. Delicious! I went here two different time when I went to McAlester. I got iced coffee with dairy free creamer and it was so good! I recommend getting the largest size because id has such great flavor and they have tons of different types of coffee beverages to choose from. That makes no sense for a large, yet you're paying a premium for that large assuming more espresso is in it! Although typically a black coffee gal, my first-time-visit coffee house test includes ordering a mocha because it rarely meets my standards... But not this time. Favorite latte I got here in the past is the Cinco de Mayo. We drove 760 miles anticipating a good Cinco de mayo and it was a complete fail. No real coffee flavor and not even a hint of cinnamon. Plus, the young guy who waited on us was disdainful to the point of being rude. Our son, who lives here said, "that's why I go to their drive through across town. They are always rude here." Upshot is that I nabbed some really cool hand thrown pottery bowls and cups they sell from a local artisan. Hence, an undeserved two stars. Too bad, as the place phenomenal back in October when I came by every morning for a latte. I think there is hope as it was good a month ago. Maybe staff needs some positivity training and also taught how to make a good high dollar latte. read more

This review is not a full review as I have never tasted any of their food. We have frequented this place many times over the last several years. The coffee is not by any stretch great or excellent. It is satisfactory, and honestly a little overpriced for the quality and flavors. The service has never been great; the girls behind the counter are always nice and courteous. I have yet to experience someone there who I would say brightens my day, or makes me feel welcomed to the establishment. Then there is the décor. Here is where this place excels. This is what I expect to see in a coffee place. Several seating arrangements where you can meet with friends and spend some time in a comfortable atmosphere. This is something the majority of food locations in McAlester is lacking. Overall this is a place we will continue to enjoy, perhaps we might even get something to eat there. read more

Asked a store employee if there was any good place to get coffee (we had low expectations) but she directed us to this gem.
