I could give severals reasons as to why we won't be back but Here is ONE example. I don't like corn tortillas. I don't care for tostadas. I ordered a chimichanga and an enchilada. Mom and dad heard me make the order. I am brought a Tostada and an enchilada. I tell a waiter that i don't like tostadas and tell him I had ordered a chimichanga. A few minutes later, our waiter brings me a chimichanga and rudely informs me, "you did not tell me a chimichanga. You told me a Tostada." We inform the assumed manager of the situation and that we will not be back to this restaurant. The assumed manager's response was a simple "ok". I don't think I'm a high maintenance individual but why would I order something I already know I don't care for? There are plenty of other Mexican restaurants in the area where we have been treated with respect. I'll just stick with THOSE restaurants. This may be the first time ever I have declined leaving a tip at a restaurant. My family will not be going back and unless you thrive on rude company, I don't recommend.
