With the help of acupuncture and some herbs prescribed by Dr. Randolph, I was able to get pregnant a second time after trying for over a year and a half to conceive again. I have been seeing Dr. Randolph for years for other issues as well. My job, which requires me to stand on my feet for long hours at a time has resulted in lower back and knee pain. Acupuncture has been the only thing that has kept my pain at bay and makes work more manageable. I am now seeing Dr. Randolph to help me through my pregnancy. She has helped me with all sorts of complaints (there's a lot when you're pregnant) but the big ones are she was able to get rid of my migraines and nausea!!! She has also helped me keep my anxiety in check (which is also heightened when you're pregnant!!!). She is really supportive, calm, and comforting and it feels like you're talking to a good friend when you're in her office. I always leave super relaxed and happy. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Randolph for all your acupuncture needs and strongly suggest using acupuncture before your consider different routes of medicine, you would be amazed at how much you can accomplish with these tiny needles and the knowledge Dr. Randolph has about the body.

Went to the UCLA Ortho Clinic as I had back pain. For sure I knew at age 78 I had degenerative…read moredisease. While the clinic is supposedly under the supervision of Dr.Yang I ended up seeing a Resident Who I believe wishes he were somewhere else. At the end of the visit Dr. Yang comes in, offering a few words, and departs. Don't remember him discussing the case. The experience was disappointing. Fast forward a year.... My back is worse and I am having Sciatic problems. Can't take NSAIDS so I am stuck with Prednisone....not good! I visited my primary care doctor and attempted to make an Ortho appointment. It seems that as I prior walked into the Otho Clinic I can't use it again and I am eternally locked to Dr. Yang as my Orthopedic Physician. Dr. Yang is an elusive fellow. Takes months to get an appointment. Online there is no way to "remove" Dr. Yang and make an appointment (hopefully sooner) with a different specialist. Last I looked appointments with the elusive Dr. were 2 months into the future. I know there are other Orthopedists. I would travel to Westwood if that was the only way to gain a near future appointment. A few words about UCLA care in general. While it is a teaching hospital with all the latest and greatest treatments it does have problems. They have, over the past years tried to bulk up outpatient flow by taking in additional Primary Care doctors. What they haven't done is to bulk up ancillary services and the availability of specialists. SO....for an x-ray or other outpatient need you end up being scheduled a month later. In the case of orthopedics try/ 2 months to gain an appointment. This is not customer based good medical care.

Kyle S Yang impressive on knowledge. My husband's neurosurgeon recommended me to see an orthopedic…read moresurgeon for a noninvasive shot in my sacrial area that he doesn't do. Yes the wait is long and yes office staff not warm (staff generally in medical industry is a problem) and yes because Dr Yang is busy is because he is premier at what he does. I came in not like a social visit because busy doctors like to focus and solve an issue. I provided my MRI results, medical records, and with just a few questions pros and cons based on my research and neurosurgeon advice. Dr Yang gave a better recommended shot (also without oblation ...means to not cutting nerves). . It's a temporary shot to reduce inflammation to help heal and manage pain. The surgical staff is amazing!. I woke up without pain Doctor personally after shot visited and instructed to rest a week, no gym lifting ... just light walking , and no driving for month or minimally. On 3rd month follow up visit I was able to drive 45 minutes without pain. Dr Yang then recommended pain management and therapy and a sleep number bed to support my back which he also uses. I can drive an hour now but always have to walk afterwards for my collagen issue situation. Now able a light gym workout, bike and walk again... enjoy life. He is very rare for his age and gifted... a truly vocational doctor that I also recommended to partner with my Neurosurgeon Dr Liker.
