Just started using the garage Dec 2017. For 3 months got the intro special @ $64 a month. This month I started at the regular price of $97.50. Now I got an email stating they are raising rates to $145.00 starting April 2018. Will definitely be cancelling my pass. Not worth it. Plenty of public transport to the train station! read more

All of what the other reviewers said is true. This garage is expensive and it's a disaster. By the way, you should check out the transportation center directly across the street from the train station if you want to park for the day - it's $8 for the day. And you can get on the waiting list for it by going to the office - people are SUPER nice. It's also, $70/month! The waiting list is long but then there is light at the end of the tunnel if you want to stop using Harbor Point Gateway Garage. So here is the thing, the increased prices are basically used to finance the construction. Propark manages the garage, but BLT is the ultimate owner and they are the ones doing construction on the office building above the garage. There are constant leaks, inaccessible parking areas, and oh yeah, the elevator doesn't work. On top of that, the payment machines are out of order fairly regularly. You would expect that if the price went up, you're going to get a better product or improved service or something, but don't expect absolutely any of that. So the point of this is, find a new garage, get on a waiting list, or do something. This place is just not worth the $150/month. read more

This parking garage specializes in the bait and switch. They advertise a $65 monthly parking special for three months. Look at the flyer attached. I called and they affirmed the price. When I arrived at the station they inform you that you have to move the car every day to get that price. If you want to park it monthly and use it on weekends or occasionally its called "storage" and is twice the price. Also the security seemed weak the one time I was there, I was walking all around the cars trying to find the office or anyone to point me there. read more

Stay away from this place. It's absolutely horrific and a complete scam. Here is why: 1. With construction, there is a constant layer of dust on your car. The construction site is poorly managed and there is hazardous debris such as nails, tools and at one point even large open holes that you could fall into because the area was open an customers were forced to walk through. 2. There is a "temporary" wood walk bridge where up until recently would get extremely slippery in the snow or rain. They did attempt to put some cover over it to improve traction but it's still very slippery and poorly designed. If I do fall and hurt myself I will sue them, and I urge anyone else to do the same because there's no excuse for that. 3. The billing is a mess and I can't take it anymore. My payment was literally a day late because my bank canceled my debit card and issued a new one because of some online security breach. EVERY other month there is a one week grace period. This month my card was deactivated without any warning. There's no excuse for that except that this place sucks and I would stay far far away. Now if the policy were that there wasn't a grace period then I could accept that but suddenly they decided not to have a grace period and caused me a huge headache. 4. You have to cancel your payments a month in advance. That's ridiculous and some random crap they made up to force you to keep paying them because they know most people are too busy to go into the office and give them notice. I would love to sue this place and I would love it even more of other people sued this place, because what they do breaks many different laws and they need to be held responsible. If you're not using this place, STAY AWAY. read more

Monthly price jumped from $97 to $145 with one week's warning. They've been doing construction for months. Now half the garage is closed off-- you have to run through the entire garage. Today there was a construction maze and customers had to walk through an active construction zone with no protection. Go anywhere else! read more

After the $66 special rate, the monthly rate jumps to $97.50. It's been that for 4 years. I just got notice TODAY that effective April 1, in a week and a half from now, it's going up to $145.00! That's a more than a 48.7% increase!!! My salary hasn't gone up that much in 4 years! read more
